Was right on the grand canal , with views of the bridge , walking distance to train station .
Excellent breakfast , good air con and toiletries supplied . Was large suite with separate areas worked well for our family .
We stayed in Deluxe section but the door is now locked and have to walk through the other hotel , the reception is mismatched unused space not somewhere to sit no drinks on offer there.
The room is very dark , need better lighting and updating tub chairs old scruffy looking

The hotel and rooms were well presented and were very characterful.
The location was brilliant, the room and hotel was well presented and the staff were great. The barman Bane was really friendly and helpful.
