    No complaints whatsoever, clean room, hot water, room warm as was cold in Venice and Sara was very kind. Highly recommend.

    It definitely does not have a swimming pool as shown. It is just a small hotel at 2 different buildings. It also stated that it comes with air conditioning but it is spoilt when we asked where's the air con. We ended up having to open window but it was noisy from the downstairs restaurants. Although it is October it is stuffy if we don't open the window, end up we attracted mosquitoes to the room. I definitely would not book the room if theres no air con.
