Location good. Easy to get to/from Fusina ferry terminal by taxi and to Venice Mestre station and central Venice by regular buses and trams. Comfortable room and bed. The Italian breakfast of juice, croissant and coffee/tea was fine. The staff were friendly, welcoming and helpful. It served our needs very well.
The shower was a bit old but hot water and towels were fine.

Amazing staff! They were so kind to let me check-in early (I was dying) and for giving me a magnet as a present on check-out ❤️ Very comfy bed, clean room and bathroom, well located, plenty of nature around. Lidl is amazing too, you can get great food and use the hotel shared kitchen and fridge in the room. Breakfast was okay, but it's only coffee, juice and pastry.
Many people smoking inside every night, on Saturday night even the alarm went off. I thought they should do an inspection if that's allowed, because everything was perfect but this.
