Great value easy to drive with easy parking

Great value, friendly host. Quiet neighborhood easy walk 150m to the bus for Venice. Easy on and off autostrada.

WE ENJOYED OUR STAY

Our hostess Denise was very kind and helpful! The room where we stayed was very clean, as well as the rest of the house! As I noticed there was a video camera watching on the main corridor, so I guess there is an active video surveillance, although I never saw that in description nor the hostess told us. From my point of view, video surveillance is a plus! The Bus station to Venice is 2min walk from the house! On the end of the street is supermarket. There is a secure private parking lot on site. Highly recommended!

As we stayed only for 2 nights, it wasn't problem for us, but the shared "kitchen" is only breakfast serving room, with basic devices, such is the pod coffee maker, microwave, water kettle, toaster and small shared fridge. The bathroom is nice, medium size, but with extra small shower cabin.

Excellent experience!

A wonderful short stay in Venice. The host Denise is such a warm and welcoming person, while at the same time discreet as a host. She was very helpful to give suggestions for how to reach Venice, where to grab some dinner etc. I warmly recommend staying here, and would not hesitate to book the place again :)

Clean, tidy, with a wonderful landlady

The landlady was wonderful, kind, friendly, and she provided us with everything we needed! The house is near a bus stop where you can get the bus to Venice. It was clean and tidy

If I should say something, there was no small kitchen as it was mentioned but rather a room where breakfast was served. The fridge is commonly shared

It was a perfect choice for our stay in Venice! The b&b is in a 20-min ride from the city by bus, and the bus stop is in a 3-minute walk. Each corner of the b&b is nicely decorated, and it's very clean. It's a treat for the eyes! Denise is very welcoming and helpful. I'd return without hesitation.

We had a very nice stay, private parking was a necessity for us, host provided all information we needed to walk around as a tourist. Room was clean and comfortable. We enjoyed our stay.

Great location near Venice, Poor Breakfast

The Owner is very nice, even if we didn't met her, she gave us clear instructions for checking in and how to get the bus to Venice. The Pension is also just a 20min with the bus to Venice, the Bus station is a 2minute walk.

The breakfast choices were so poor, they prepare the kitchen for a self service breakfast where you can toast the breads and grab a pack of wurst and melt cheese om the fridge, where other guests who are earlier than you have already ate almost the 3/4 of the breakfast because they did not properly distributed each menu. Poor choices of tea, just 1 Wurst and Cheese(melting cheese), no butter, 1 choco cornflakes, 4kinds of toasts, 2 juices, 1 Nespresso Flavor and thats it.

Perfect for a calm stay close to the tourist center

Great host, super friendly and a cozy little room. Clean and modern furniture/appliances. Cozy little breakfast room. Bus stop to Venice is super close by and a shop that sells tickets as well. Keep in mind that you can't buy bus tickets on the bus! This B&B is perfect to visit Venice without the pricey and noisy hotels in the center.

The drains smelled and it got worse overnight. Not too big of an issue but a little annoying. Still I'd absolutely recommend this!

Superb

It's the perfect solution between a regular apartement/b&b and a hotel! Great privacy with a huge bathroom of our own, without any disturbance. Huge, closed parking and easy to access gate. The breakfast is satisfactory, with cereal, yoghurt, cold cuts and cheese, with unlimited access to coffee and tea. Denise, the host is lovely and a tour guide in herself as well! Gave us great sightseeing and restaurant recommendations all across Venice.

The light metal bed frame was a bit wobbly, made a lot of crackling noises even by just sitting on it.

That type of a small private b&b you normally expect to see in Germany. Super clean, cozy and well-maintained. And yet, it is in Venice. 18 minutes by the city bus from the island part. The bus stop and a huge grocery store are 5 minutes walk from the place. The host even prepared city bus tickets for us so we didn't have to search for vending machines around. If you want a piece of Germany in Venice, that's it.
