In the heart of the Italian region of Friul Venezia Giulia (North-East Italy), 120 kms from VENICE, between mountains and sea, first floor of 105 m2 completely independent of a beautiful villa with large garden and private sheltered terrace (with barbecue), free parking in the garden, comprising:
3 bedrooms with a double bed each, for 2 to 6 people (one with balcony), a bathroom with toilet and bathtub, another separate toilet, with sink, a washing machine, a fitted kitchen with dishwasher, oven, Nespresso coffee machine, and with small balcony, Garden of about 700 m2 shaded terrace with table and chairs, barbecue, in a quiet village and far from the crowds and allowing many excursions in the region:
Austria, Slovenia and Croatia (Istria) 1 hour away
Maniago and Spilimbergo 10 minutes by car, Venice 1 hour 15 minutes, Udine 40 minutes, the Adriatic beaches of Lignano Bibione Caorle Jesolo 70 kms
Trieste, Treviso and the Prossecco route 1 hour away
Lake Barcis, Pordenone, Cividale del Friul, Gorizia, San Daniele, Valvasone, Gemona del Friul are less than an hour away.
Arba is a small village at the foot of the mountains (Friulane Dolomites) between corn fields and wine-growing hills from where it is easy to explore the region as well as to practice various sports: cycling, hiking, hang-gliding, climbing etc
many village festivals in the surrounding area in summer (medieval festival in Spilimbergo in mid-August)
Bars, restaurants, shops, supermarkets, hospital, pharmacy nearby, less than 10 minutes by car and in the village, mini-market, butcher, bakery, bars, restaurant, pharmacy

I stayed here with my two sons for 10 days . We flew into Venice and rented a car . The house was clean, spacious and very comfortable. Sergio the host was very helpful and friendly. He was at the house to greet us. My family is from Fanna which was only a couple of miles away. The house is in a quiet neighborhood with beautiful views of the mountains. I would definitely consider staying here again when I return in the fall

Our family loved this cozy home beneath the Dolomites — a perfect place to end our Italian adventure! Sergio was a fabulous host, greeting us upon arrival and as we left. He also provided a notebook of things to do in the surrounding areas. Every window had a picturesque view of flowers, colors and the amazing Dolomites. The front porch may have been our favorite spot to relax, especially during the thunderstorm. We highly recommend this property especially if you plan day trips to Cortina or Barcis.
