Le cortesie come le cialde del caffè, i phon multipli, la ricchezza di asciugamani (anche se solo per una notte) vicinanza terme e ristorante. Risposta veloce host

Alcuni cuscini poco comodi: duri e disomogenei. Bagni senza porta asciugamani....difficile trovare dove appoggiare considerando lo spazio occupato anche dai beauty..

Ottima posizione vicinissima alle terme e ai pochi ristoranti di Arta. Ben attrezzata la cucina . Giardino personale con parcheggio autonomo. Bella vista.

Buona e strategica la posizione, per raggiungere tante località di montagna e di interesse turistico. Ottimo avere la comodità di un bagno per ogni camera ed anche il servizio aggiuntivo a piano terra. Possibilità di parcheggiare accanto alla villetta e giardino sul retro con tavolino per mangiare all'aperto. Cortese e disponibile la signorina Giada, attenta ad ogni nostra esigenza e/o richiesta.

Qualche accessorio in più nei bagni e nelle camere non avrebbe guastato.

Sehr gute Ausstattung. Allerdings kann ich zur Küche wenig sagen, wir brauchen nur Kaffee... und der war vorhanden. 😉Es standen auch Wasserflaschen bereit, sehr nette Geste. Check in klappte bei uns online leider nicht, ich denke es lag am schlechten Mobilfunknetz. Aber die Vermieterin hat uns sofort geholfen. Die Anweisung, um an den Schlüssel zu kommen, waren klar. Sehr schön ist der Parkplatz, super zum Motorrad abstellen. (auch Platz für ein bis zwei Autos) Die Wegbeschreibung bei Booking ist korrekt.

Normalerweise würde ich mehr Punkte geben, aber...... Es handelt sich nicht um EIN Haus, sondern nur um eine Haushälfte. Ich wollte ein Haus, wie es eigentlich in der Beschreibung stand, um niemanden neben mir zu haben. Aber so wurde man gegen 23 Uhr, als die Straße endlich nicht mehr so befahren war, durch laute Gespräche vorm und im Haus genervt. Das selbe wiederholte sich morgens kurz nach 6 Uhr. Die Haushälfte ist auch sehr hellhörig, so hört man die Treppe, die Toilettenspülung und Stimmen. Der Lärm der vom Verkehr aus geht, ist nicht zu unterschätzen. WiFi ist nicht vorhanden, dies stand aber auch in der Beschreibung.

Struttura facile da raggiungere, comodo il piccolo cortile dove abbiamo parcheggiato le moto. Facili le istruzioni per entrare. Ottimi i tre bagni e le bottigliette di acqua in frigo apprezzate.

A me piace sempre avere un rapporto con una persona ma qui è stato fatto tutto online.

Bella casa, ottima organizzazione, spazi ampi. La consiglierei perché ci siamo.trovati veramente bene.

C'era molta polvere. L'unico suggerimento che darei è di aggiungere qualche appendino nei bagni e nelle camere per appendere i vestiti perché non ci sono superfici d'appoggio nemmeno per gli asciugamani.

il ritiro delle chiavi, facile e veloce il bagno in ogni camera, disponibile in ogni piano della casa la coccola di acqua, caffè e merenda a disposizione degli ospiti l'accrocchio dell'appendi abiti sotto le scale

le scale, un po' strette le bambole di ceramica, gusto personale le bustine monodose di doccia shampoo, sempre gusto personale, preferisco dispenser più grandi per un discorso ecologico, impattano e inquinano meno
