Great studio with everything you need in the heart of the village Pesariis, which is a picturesque place worth seeing in the middle of Carnia. There was a fully equipped kitchen, comfortable beds, and even a baby bed for our toddler. The host, Karen, is great. She gave us tips for hike trips around the valley. Definitively recommend and sure will come back.

Vacation with no worries

Karen is a perfect host, she will solve any problem. The apartment is nice, cosy and clean. Free parking in front of the apartment is great and very helpful if you have lots of stuffs. Heating of apartment is also great. Apartment is very easy to find, just look at big clock at the building. Thank You Karen for everything.

Amazing place with a strong genius loci and special identity, surrounded by nature in quiet atmosphere. The appartment was well equipped, absolutely clean, everything was working well. There were those small details all around, tasteful plant decorations, free coffee/tea/different kind of maps available in the common areas, just amazing. Karen (the administrator) was the kindest person,we felt like at home. Highly recommend to someone who admire calm and peaceful atmosphere and traditional architecture.

The owner was friendly and very helpful. He gave us a fantastic welcome. The apartment was wonderful, cozy. We found all tools and equipment just like home. You has own parking place. It was very comfortable. Location of this apartment is very nice. You can reach hiking places in a half hour by the car. The small town Pesaris has different types of clocks scattered about the village. Interesting atraction to search this amazing clocks by map. Pesariis leave me great impression for long time.

romantic, quiet village, cosy restaurant nearby, good coffee in a common space, beautiful view to valley. Karen is very kind owner with perfect recommendations for trips. Lots of maps to borrow and information leaflets and booklets. Thank you!

No (even common) washing machine - maybe necessary when hiking some more days. Not many photos on booking - the beautiful location and the acommodation worth it!

Very clean and comfortable stay.

Very good and easy arrangements for checking in. The room corresponds to the photos, is large and and was impeccably clean, the bed was comfortable and the kitchen was well equipped. The small village is very friendly.

The hot water was not particularly abundant. Ok for a shower for one person but not sure it would not be a problem for two or more. Also, in the winter there is a gas heater in the room which works well but it a bit noisy and made me feel a bit uneasy, though I am sure it is absolutely ok.

La struttura è molto bella, il monolocale semplice ma funzionale. Parcheggio gratuito in loco

Due pecche che potrebbero essere risolte e trasformare questa struttura al top: mettere i feltrini alle sedie perché ogni minimo movimento diventa molto rumoroso e indubbiamente disturba i vicini. Cambiare il boiler della doccia che di per sé è valido (acqua veramente calda) ma tiene pochissimi litri e diventa impossibile fare la doccia in due (anche una doccia veloce)

Una settimana fuori dal tempo nel paese degli orologi, che controsenso!

La responsabile della struttura è stata gentilissima e disponibile a darmi tutte le indicazioni richieste. Il paese è bellissimo, curato e stimolante. È un soggiorno per chi cerca tranquillità e contatto con la natura.

Non avere il wi-fi all 'interno dell'appartamento ma dover sempre uscire per potermi connettere

Pre naše potreby perfektna lokalita, nakoľko bola presne v strede odkiaľ sme mohli podnikať výlety.

Veľmi milá hostiteľka Karen. Naozaj palec hore. Poradila aj čo navštíviť v oblasti okrem toho čo sme mali v pláne. Dostali sme aj mapu s navigačnými pokynmi. Parada. Parkovanie bolo bezplatné a hneď pri dverách pri vstupe do ubytovania.
