Quality of the freshly remodelled apartment. Picturesque location. Value for money. Flexible and responsive host. Very pleasant to have a naturally chilled indoor space of the traditional thick-walled house to escape the summer heat without the need for AC.
Access with a bigger car is tricky. With our XL van we ended up relying on next door neighbours for a relatively close spot for un/loading luggage upon arrival/departure. But that was just a very small hassle in an otherwise excellent experience.
