Relax Gem

The staff, even with limited english, did the effort to communicate and provide us clear information of everything. The location is super, if you look for quiet. The bedroom was amazingly spacious and clean, so comfortable.

The breakfast could have less sweets and more options like eggs or fruit.

Looks deserted, far from everything, although it says it is provided - no breakfast

When I arrived the place looked deserted and it is on the edge of tow in the fields. No one was at the reception although I booked a day ahead. After I called and said I have arrived someone came to show me the room. They were surprised I was there.. I was told breakfast will be served but the following morning there was no one in the dining hall and the place was locked.

Decent but not my favourite

Nice staff and super clean (except for the giant patch of black mould on the ceiling). The breakfast was mostly sweets , but they provided bread and butter on request; that’s my usual so I’m not sure if they had anything else for those who prefer a larger breakfast.

The mouldy bit on the ceiling. Also, advert says BIDET. Room had NO BIDET. So annoying.

Nice breakfast, lack of vegetables is the only thing i was missing. Very good coffee. The lady at the hotel together with her partner are great couple. Room nice but lack of balcony in our case what is nit good when coming back with wet things from the beach. But of coursr there are roons with balcony for higher price.

A good place for the summer. The cold season (November), it wasn't a very active place.

Rooms were clean

The breakfast was not what I expected for an agriturismo with an abundance of chickens, hens, roosters. All that was offered was two types of pastries (seemed packaged, not fresh) and yogurt. There weren't bowls out for the one cereal. At least offer eggs! Instead, I went to the agriturismo 12 miles away to redeem the poor breakfast, and had a good lunch!

This place is truly charming. We needed to be near the mountains and also near some famous spots in Italy, We stayed 6 nights thereThis is a very convenient place to have the both - right at the Dolomites' foothills and 1 hr drive from Venice. This was by far the best spent time for me in Europe so far. We were offered a newly biuilt/restored room w/kitchen and private bathroom w washing machine in it. We appreciated the possibility of preparing our own meals there, as using the restaurant would exceed our budget. All new equipment and furniture in the apartment. I hope Giulio will not raise the price after this comment! :) The room maids wanted to clean the room EVERY SINGLE DAY! We were ok with 1-2 interventions during our stay. Very friendly and forthcoming staff!

It is really hard to tell what could be better. Maybe it would be a good idea to create some budget friendly menu for vagabonds like us? Simple, modest and cheap? Sandwiches? Insalatas? Juice? We decided to prepare our own meals, because we could not afford dining in the restaurant. The dinner we had on the evening of our arrival was really delicious and filling, so the food is great as is. But not as a full-board for a week.

-Internet connection is good. - apartments are new and clean -Nice view and clean air. - huge farm land of 110 ha to walk around - coffee was very delicious

-There was an option to pay with a bank card but the equipment didn't work. -The staff speaks english very bad. -You can't choose what you want on your breakfast by yourself instead you had to ask a waiter to put your meal in your plate and cup by only him. I stayed a bit hungry after the breakfast. - none could guide and show us their farm, we had to walk around by ourselves.(

Un posto dove si ritorna volentieri la sera perché si ritrovano persone autentiche che si mettono a disposizione degli ospiti perché si possano sentire accolti. Ottima la stanza, la colazione e la cena.

La proprietaria e tutto lo staff sono stati cordiali e sempre disponibili ad ogni nostra richiesta abbiamo usufruito anche della colazione a buffet con molta scelta e prodotti ottimi. Abbiamo cenato anche due sere il cibo è buono e di buona qualità molte cose vengono fatte in casa.

La camera ultra moderna e pulita… bellissima!! Il personale che ci ha accolto super disponibile!

Onestamente 1) sistemerei la parte esterna er permettere agli ospiti di sfruttare il giardino che è un po’ lasciato andare 2) la macchinetta distributrice di bevande dovrebbe essere piena 3) Dal momento in cui l’agriturismo non è sempre aperto per la ristorazione metterei a disposizione degli ospiti in lounge con microonde bollitore e piatti/ bicchieri di carta

Struttura immersa nella campagna, zona molto tranquilla. Camera ampia con bagno super spazioso e mega doccia, vista sulla campagna, ottima la pulizia. Staff professionale e disponibile e competente. Possibilità di cenare con prodotti locali a km 0. Esperienza molto positiva, da ritornarci.
