Great stay in quiet village

We had rooms on the ground floor with little sitting area which was very nice. Rooms were quite big with a lot of space to put all belongings, beds comfortable. Rooms and bathrooms nicely cleaned. Bigger room with its own kitchen. Breakfast very nice everything fresh with a good variety of products. Area is very quiet and perfect to relax. Host very kind, very helpful and looking after its guests. Town centre quite close only few minutes drive. Town centre absolutely beautiful. Would definitely come back again.

All towels have had a strange smell ( damp kind of smell) luckily we had our own towels so it wasn’t an issue for us.

The size of the apartment was above average. The food at the restaurant was exception and the girls were polity and friendly.

This is a lovely place, very clean, large room, very nice and helpful hosts. Peaceful. Few minutes' drive from the Unesco site Cividale del Fiuli.

Good place for one night. I recommend to visit very nice old town. Good brekfast.

We arrived as a family group of 12, everyone loved their stay here. Many didn’t want to leave.

The staff were very accommodating and friendly. Taxi service available from the site which meant we didn’t need to drive into Cividale for the festival. Food and at the restaurant and bar were excellent as was the service.

There is no air conditioning like lots of accommodations in Italy. All windows were fitted with insect blinds so could be left open.

La signora Martina ci ha accolto benissimo. Struttura con posizione strategica per visitare il Friuli. Stanza spaziosa e soprattutto pulita. Cibo ottimo con porzioni abbondanti. Menzione speciale per le torte della colazione, troppo buone!

La gentilezza dei proprietari che mi hanno cucinato il frico anche se un po' fuori stagione, la stanza enorme con vasca, doccia e sauna, la colazione piena di ottime torte e un buonissimo caffè svegliante.

If you looking for an appartment in the surraundings you should take this one with half board

Everybody was very kind and helpful. There were plenty options for breakfast: sweets, ham, cheese, vegetables etc., the coffee was really nice. The dinner was brilliant, delicious, fresch and huge portion. Nice starting point to discover the surrandings. Csak ajánlani tudom, nagyon tiszta az apartman, az ételek változatosak és nagyon finomak. Ha a közelben keres szállást akkor ezt ajánlom és mindenképp félpanzióval.

Tutto Bene

Gute Ausgangslage für unsere Radtour ans Meer sowie durch die Berge von Slowenien und natürlich die Teufelsbrücke in Cividale. Wir hatten dort bei Martina zweimal zu Abend gegessen und waren super Bewirtet. Gutes Bier ausgezeichneter Wein. Garage für die Bikes.

Schönes Zimmer in einer ruhigen, ländlichen Lage - man findet Ruhe und guten Schlaf :-)

Der Platz befindet sich etwas abseits, in einer sehr ruhigen Lage. Nussbäume und viel Pflanzen in der Umgebung halten den Platz natürlich frischer im Sommer - und trotzdem dem ganzen Grünzeug, keine Stechmücken weit und breit zu sehen (zumindest, Ende Juni) :-) Großer Parkplatz, man konnte eine Garage vom Besitzer nutzen um dort die e-Bikes sicher aufzuladen. Die Zimmer sind so organisiert, dass man Geräusche aus der Hauptstraße gar nicht hört. Das Bett war komfortabel, das Zimmer hat eine Klimaanlage um temperaturtechnisch "runterzukommen" - Danach konnte man einfach mit offenen Fenstern schlafen (Fliegengitter vorhanden). Konnten trotz der großen Hitze in der Umgebung sehr gut schlafen. Zum Frühstück gab es ein kleines Buffet (ein paar Torten, Brot mit Käse/Wurst, Yogurt etc), dazu eine mega-Portion frischgemachte Rühreier und einen schaumigen Cappuccino: Da kann man sich echt nicht beschweren :-D

Nur als Hinweis: Als wir angekommen sind, haben wir uns gedacht "Da sind wir sicher falsch, das schaut gar nicht wie in den Bildern aus!" Nicht erschrecken -> Neuere Gebäude mit Zimmern befinden sich gleich dahinten :-)

Ottima sistemazione appena fuori Cividale, immersa nel verde. Camera spaziosa con inclusa possibilità di sauna. Abbiamo fatto sia cena che colazione, cibo ottimo casalingo , porzioni abbondanti gentilezza e cordialità. Per chi si vuole sentire come a casa.

La camera era, in buona sostanza, una suite con un anticamera nel cui interno c'era una sauna di ultima generazione, la zona è tranquillissima, la pulizia accurata, il confort assoluto, la colazione ottima con dolci preparati da loro e la cena con la possibilità di diverse specialità locali tutte di ottima fattura. Cortesia e disponibilità dell'Host inappuntabili.

Il riscaldamento, basato su un condizionatore con pompa di calore che, quando era supportato dall'accenzione dei termosifoni negli orari stabiliti dalla struttura, è risultato più che sufficiente, quando è rimasto da solo no.

Colazione buona. Proprietari gentilissimi e disponibili a soddisfare ogni esigenza. Ci siamo sentiti come in famiglia Ottima e abbondante la cucina con prodotti di qualità e piatti della tradizione.

L'unico consiglio che possiamo dare è mettere una tenda alla finestra e alla portafinestra per una migliore privacy.
