Clean apartment in a great location with thoughtful attention to details

Location, cleanliness, excellent attention to details to make our stay comfortable, conveniences that the host has provided (including grappa to drink and wines to purchase), local guide in multiple languages

Not that it was a problem for us, but there were a lot of narrow and somewhat tight stairs which wound up to the 2 bedrooms on the 4th level which made big suitcases hard to carry up. We ended up leaving them on ground floor and becoming quite fit going up and down to get our things. Keep this in mind if you're less mobile. Mattresses dont offer great support for your back, but I have yet to find any mattresses in Italy that have been exceptional!

Convenient and tidy home in a fantastic location.

Wonderful location in Cividale. Home was quiet and clean.

We just wished it was furnished a little more comfortably in the sitting area and kitchen. It is such a beautiful home and could be really lovely with more characterful and cozy furnishings (it’s a bit cold and impersonal). We didn’t find air conditioning in the second bedroom so that could be an issue in hot weather.

Truly charming stay in the heart of Cividale del Friuli!

This was one of those places that stays with you long after the trip ends. Tucked away in a narrow alleyway full of character, the apartment beautifully captures the atmosphere of a traditional Italian borgo – peaceful, authentic, and full of charm. The apartment itself is spotless, cozy, and surprisingly spacious. It felt both intimate and airy, giving our family all the space and freedom we needed. The fully equipped kitchen had absolutely everything, and the addition of a washing machine was a huge bonus for traveling with kids. Location-wise, you couldn’t ask for more – just a few steps from the iconic Devil’s Bridge and right in the heart of town. Everything was within walking distance: cafés, bakeries, shops, historical sites. We barely needed the car at all. Communication with the hosts was excellent – quick and clear. This is a place with soul, created with great attention and love. If you’re looking to experience the real atmosphere of a charming Italian town while enjoying the comfort and independence of a fully equipped apartment – look no further. We absolutely recommend it and would love to return!

Mooi, comfotabel en volledig huisje middenin centrum

Locatie was prachtig, midden in het stadje en op goede afstand van natuur en sights. Het huis was lekker koel ondanks de zomerwarmte buiten. Airco niet eens nodig gehad. Prettig dat het een heel huis is zodat je niemand in de weg zit. Praktisch ingericht

Jammer dat er geen balkon of buiten is waar je kunt zitten voor bijvoorbeeld een maaltijd. Maar er zijn zoveel restaurantjes dat het alternatief prima is

Schönes Haus direkt im Zentrum in sehr ruhiger Lage

Sehr schönes uns sauberes Haus. Zimmer sind auf 3 Etagen aufgeteilt. Es besteht auch die Möglichkeit die Fahrräder im eigenen Vorraum abzustellen und aufzuladen. Im Kühlschrank steht kaltes Mineralwasser und auch Kaffeekapseln sind vorhanden. Das Haus ist direkt im Zentrum, in einem sehr ruhigen Gässchen.

Uns hat alles sehr gut gefallen. Es gibt nichts zu beanstanden.

Cómoda y completa. Solo necesitamos comunicarnos con el dueño una vez y nos escondió rapidísimo y fue muy expeditivo y amable
