Fantastic apartments, great location, definitely recommend.

Easy to enter self service apartments, we had booked 4 of the rooms all with separate bathrooms and shared kitchen area. Beds were super comfortable, very clean. We parked our car in one of the garages, only a 7 minute walk from apartments. Will definitely recommend to friends/family and we are already thinking about when we can travel back.

Really not a complaint, only the hob wasn't working. I contacted Luca and he was very apologetic, it was planned to be repaired this week.

Nothing at all - it’s awesome. We were on level 2 so a few stairs but that pretty standard in Europe so not a biggie at all!

Cheap but poorly managed

The location was great, although Udine isn’t very large to begin with. After a few days, the host turned on the heating, so in the end it wasn’t too cold either.

The facilities are newly renovated, but the work was done hastily. Electrical outlets are loose, the bathtub faucet isn’t properly fixed, and there’s a persistent sewer smell in the bathroom. Some lights don’t work, and the code reader is difficult to use. Due to the small windows, the apartment receives very little natural light. The soundproofing is practically nonexistent — I was even woken up at 2 a.m. by someone using the bathtub in a rather... audible way. To make matters worse, I had to wait several weeks for the invoice despite multiple reminders. It’s relatively inexpensive, but the overall experience feels careless and poorly managed. Best avoided.

We were very happy with our stay in this accommodation :))

The room is spacious and the double bed is very comfortable. Everything was very clean and well-prepared for our arrival. Very good communication upon our arrival. Even the cleaning lady was very nice! We are very satisfied.

A wonderful stay.

Our stay at the Palazzo Duomo was so wonderful. We stayed in the Budapest Suite. When booking this, I did not realize it was a suite because of the price, I thought I was booking a regular hotel room. I was very surprised when I arrived. The room was beautiful, comfortable and clean. It was also really close to the center of the city, with lots of restaurants, and historic sites to check out, that could all be done on foot. It was also within walking distance to the train station, which was nice for when we left and had to travel to our next adventure. Check in was also easy. Overall a tremendous experience. I wish we could've stayed longer.

Very comfortable and clean and spacious.

It was as per the photos. Clean. Very spacious. Well equipped. Great access by foot from the station and into the old town area. Also the cleaning lady let us leave our luggage for the morning while we had a walk and some coffee.

The only tiny quibble was that the heating a/c and ventilation system was not easy to switch off. Eventually I figured it out but these modern touch-sensitive controls lack the obviousness and simplicity of physical buttons and switches.

It’s one of those remotely-operated rentals. We never met anyone but finding out room and checking in was made easy for us using WhatsApp.

Clean and looks a bit fancy but not worth the price.

The unit is clean. They accommodated and replied to us even if we booked late at night.

We booked the property last minute because we got stranded due to the national train strike. We looked for a place that looked like there will be good amenities since we were really tired and it was raining hard. The area was sketchy at night so we were rushing to check in but the online check-in form was a hassle, repetitive, and buggy, so we ended up messaging them just to check in faster. There weren’t any toiletry kits, not even a single soap. They replied that they run out of them. The glass shower door was stuck and wouldn’t open. It looked flimsy so we didn’t force it to open. We had no other option to clean ourselves but to use the tub that is just out in the open inside the room- without any soap. We chose a listing with a higher price so we would be comfortable after experiencing all the inconveniences from the strike cancellations and inclement weather.

Wonderful

We loved the location and the decor and charme of the spacious room. Parking was also easy right around it, and the center of town is walking distance, which as great.

We only stayed for be night, and that day the wifi was not working. But that was a minor issue, as the rest of our stay was beautiful and enjoyable.

The room had no air con, even though it was advertised as having it. Room was incredibly hot. No working WiFi for the full 4 days we were there, therefore wouldn’t use the tv to link to Netflix either. Room has lovely decor but very dark.

Please be aware that the place has no elevator, so jn case your room is on the upper floors it means three flights of stairs with your bag

Very good

The location in the center of the city. The sedate furnishing. The Bathroom was very clean and there was also a nice balcony. The beds were comfortable.

The access to the building works via code, however there are some codes in the quite long message so it's quite confusing. A second code can be used to access a keybox for using the electricity in the room. Since you can enter the room without the keycard with the first code you might look for the keycard in the room (unsuccessfully of course). Unfortunately even when the right code is applied to the bespoke box it does not open by itself but you need to use your nails to access it. Clearly there is room for improvement in this procedure. Secondly I personally (!) believe that the room and the entrance are a little overloaded with the aspiration of being 'luxury' (draped rolex magazines in the entrance...) which leads the whole thing to possibly come across as soulless or at least not very cozy. I would tune down a little that ambition;)

Super location! Am service scheitert es leider…

The location is perfect to visit Udine. It is in the historic Center und just a few minutes to the train station. There from you can visit a lot of little villages nearby. for example Trieste is just one hour train ride away and perfect for a day trip.

The checkin form is very bad implemented. You have to enter your data up to 3 times. Also you have to fill in soooo much of your personal data. The host rarely replies when you write to him. Better to copy the number and write at WhatsApp. On the last date the entry code didn’t work anymore!!! Luckily only one of us was out for getting breakfast.

Excellent location with close access to the centre of Udine. It was immaculately clean, well maintained and very comfortable, and we had everything we needed for our stay. We also liked the underground parking which we used for our tandem!
