Service as the welcome you and walk you through is perfect. Helpful in every way. I even needed cash and helped me with that as well. Mrs. Putu is very servicial.

I don’t know why but we thought there was a pool.

This is a very rustic Balinese style facility, out of the way amongst the rice fields, great views and critters of all kinds.

Very minor issues with bottled water (not supplied every day) good to know so you can purchase some. No fridge in the room.

The private pool villa is lovely and clean. Peaceful location and beautiful grounds

We had a lovely stay in the private pool villa, which was beautiful, comfortable and exactly what we had hoped for. The staff throughout our stay were friendly and helpful, and overall we had been very happy with our experience. Unfortunately, something happened at checkout that left us feeling very uncomfortable. While we were waiting for our taxi, the hotel manager asked us to take 650,000 IDR in cash and then for us to bank transfer 650,000 IDR to an unknown account saying they owed a previous customer money to. We declined, as we did not feel comfortable with this request. As experienced travellers, this was a very unusual request and unfortunately left us with an uneasy feeling at the end of what had otherwise been a lovely stay. I’m mentioning it simply so other travellers are aware and can make their own decision if ever asked to do something similar. A beautiful villa and lovely staff, but guests should never be put in that position.
