Good location for visiting surrounding cities
Good location with easy reach to the motorway and area was quiet. Beds clean and very comfortable. When we arrived we noticed there weren’t any towels as described, owners were really quick to respond and promptly delivered enough towels for us all.
For a 9 person house there were only 5 dining chairs. Could have done with being a little bit cleaner with some cleaning sprays/cloths available and a few more pots and pans. Floorboards very creaky so if you’re a light sleeper you may hear people on the upper floors moving around.

Good location 5 min from 2 supermarkets, pubs for cheap meals. Clean/tidy/modern large wardrobe space. Ideal for group friends/colleagues needing a few days stay
Beds a little hard for some of us ( Personal choice). Had to message host 4hrs before check in to get key details- we had a long distance to travel wanted details before we left

Lovely comfortable house with 5 bedrooms. Well equipped, spacious house in a nice location convenient to Manchester and not far from Lake District and Yorkshire Dales National Parks. Lidl and Tesco close by.

Generally a nice comfortable stay fitting our needs!
We liked the size of the property for our family group and the location was quiet, safe and easy to get around from. The beds were comfy with clean bedding and the TV in the lounge was great. The general layout and presentation was fine and our stay was generally a nice comfortable one fitting our needs over Christmas.
Cleanliness was below par! Furniture surfaces and under beds were dusty and a few had sweetie wrappers under them so they hadn't been checked. The oven needs a thorough clean. There was also an open rubbish bag flying about the back garden along with lots of cig butts on our arrival so that was our first task to tidy that up.
