The property gives you everything that you would want from a place to stay. The apartment & building are finished to a high standard & everything is spotlessly clean. Modern lift, secure parking & bike store to place your bikes were an added bonus. The proprietor Bernard is a charming man who communicates everything clearly & effortlessly to make your stay as comfortable as possible .

A superb apartment, extremely clean. A well appointed kitchen, fantastic shower, and a compfy sofa. The bed is huge and lots of cupboard space for clothes. A five minute walk to the Grote Markt. The host is super helpful too. A garage for your car/motorcycle is available. I will return again at point in the near future.

Good location, friendly host, may be too noisy for some

Nice size and a good price, close to the centre of town and transport links, small (but expensive) supermarket nearby. Very friendly host and check in process was easy. Apartment is well equipped, but a few extras would be a good idea for a comfortable stay. Lovely bathroom

Be aware that the room on the ground floor at the front of the property is very noisy as it's next to a busy road with a bus route. Traffic starts at around 7am. It was ok for me, but not good if you're sensitive to noise. It's quiet at night as only a few cars pass by. In general though, the property is nice although a few extras (dishwasher tablets, iron and ironing board, teabags etc) would be a good addition for a self catering holiday apartment.

Excellent location, within easy walking distance of the centre of Ypres. Good facilities in the flat which was very comfortable.

The quality of the bed linen, which we thought was tired and needed renewing.

Excellent

The flats are all new for 2025 and were spotlessly clean, comfortable and well equipped. Bernard was a charming and helpful host who we met when we arrived. There is a lift to the upper floors. They are located just a short walk from the centre of Ypres with all of it's history and restaurants. There is a small Spar just along the road (well stocked but expensive), Aldi is a long walk or a short car journey. The private parking (3 or 4 minutes walk away) is very good as the whole of the central area is two hour permit (Bernard provides one) or pay and display. The main road along the front is busy until early evening but pretty quiet at night. Overall an excellent stay in a beautiful town.

Fijn nieuw appartement met airco, lift en parking op een super locatie.

Mooi nieuw appartement met alle mod coms. Zoals airco, inloopdouche, tv met veel zenders. Goed bed maar wel smal. Afgesloten parking in de buurt is super! De lift is erg handig voor de bagage.

De bank en de stoel waren niet plezierig om op te zitten. Vrij veel herrie van de weg door de kasseien straat, maar met het raam dicht is dit niet echt hinderlijk.

Gezellige flat en vriendelijke host.

Het was super proper en leuk ingericht. De host was heel vriendelijk en behulpzaam. Zeker een aanrader voor koppels die een weekendje naar Ieper willen.

Een extra keukenhanddoek en badhanddoeken zouden handig geweest zijn, omdat we toch 5 dagen verbleven. De deur tussen de 2 flats zorgde er voor dat je de mensen naast ons kon horen praten. Voor de rest heel fijn verblijf.

Comfortabel appartement, zeer centraal gelegen in een fijne rustige buurt. Zeer fijn bed. Volledig appartement met keuken en badkamer. Bernard, de gastheer is zeer vriendelijk en gastvrij.
