Excellent central Ypres house

Really nice large house set on 3 floors with a little outside decking space. Location is right next to the walls making it perfect for a walk to the menin gate. Parking outside or just down the road €2 euro for the whole day. Comfortable beds, 2 toilets and a nice shower.

Great host, great location, really nice accommodation.

Monique was an excellent hostess and met us on arrival, we asked for and she supplied towels. The house itself was clean and had everything we needed for 6 individuals for 6 nights. A fabulous location, ideal to walk to all the sights in Leper. Parking was opposite and free for motorbikes. Just around the corner is a bakery that I would suggest you buy breakfast and lunch from, excellent value.

We had yet another most enjoyable stay at the Sweet Alice house.

I stayed at this house last year for the 100km van Ieper and it was an excellent venue. My team were keen that we used the same house again. It is well equipped, has lots of space and is very clean.

Although there are two toilets, one upstairs and one downstairs, the shower and two sinks are both in the upstairs bathroom, which means tight timings to get 8 people through in a morning.

Excellent location. Close to town centre. Met by host, good communication with her. Apartment was clean, and well equipped. The only issue was WiFi, it was Inter it and kept on dropping, so we needed to log in again.

Lovely Mary Poppins house.

Monique met us and explained how all facilities worked. Left a list of suggested restaurants and her mobile number if needed. Arriving home from day out we had no power but after a call to Monique, her husband Paul quickly arrived and re set the power switch. We had a lovely stay and our granddaughter said it reminded her of the lovely house in the film Mary Poppins. Thank you and we recommend to all planning on booking.

Ease of meeting the owner to get the keys...Information left in property ...parking outside useful if a car is needed ..

Could have done with a washing machine ...we were 8 cyclists so to wash our kit wouldve been very hndy

Mooi huis met fijne koer, alles wat nodig was, was aanwezig. Ruime kamers. Makkelijk bereikbaar met auto en fijn in de binnenstad gelegen. Flexibele eigenaars, heel fijne communicatie.

Voldoende ruimte en stijlvol ingericht. Bestek en eetservies was voldoende aanwezig. Zelf vaatwasser.

Verwarming werkt niet optimaal. Slaapkamers waren vrij kil en bovenste verdieping geen verwarming. Badkamer en keuken wel aangenaam warm. Donsdekens ook lekker warm
