Vakantiewoning Cosy Corner

Everything about the accommodation was very good, well equipped and clean. The location was good, about 10-12 min walk to Menin Gate and centre. Plenty of room for our party of 4 male adults.

Unfortunately the only downside was the stairs to the bedrooms, 2 very steep and narrow flights, which would be a problem for people with mobilty issues.

It's in a nice and quiet location, close enough to the centre, with local shops and bars within an easy walk. The apartment has everything you could need for a home from home.

Like everyone else, the stairs are steep, fun to go up as a two year old, but not so fun in your late 60's

Het was qua locatie super, hygiëne super en alle comfort van thuis. Een echte aanrader waar je geen spijt van gaat krijgen. Boeken met een gerust hart zou ik zeggen.

I've never paid a deposit in cash or paid for gas usage before and I've been a genius member of booking.com for years. The owner was very funny about this, I don't think the advert is clear when you book and pay in advance with no refund. The owner initially said I could pay the deposit in £ then decided it had to be Euro's. The place has steep stairs and stone walls so if we hadn't been out most of the time the additional gas bill could have been high. We called the owner at 4 pm as she requested 1 hour notice to gain access at 5 pm. She told me she couldn't make it until 5.30 pm even though we had paid to have access from 5 pm. Then she turned up at 6 pm and then only after I phoned her. It was freezing cold outside I think it's unacceptable to be kept waiting 1 hour in the cold waiting for entrance to a property that was advertised as available from 5 pm.
