Excellent location and fitted our requirements perfectly. Parking was simple and saved driving around looking for a space .

Great long weekend stay in the stunning town of Ypres in an excellent town house property.

Beautiful property in the centre of Ypres, very convenient for shops, bars & restaurants. Very nice town house property, secure parking and everything kitted out inside to make our stay perfect. Exceptional hosts thanks to Kristof & Fien! We will be visiting again soon.

Perfect weekend break!

Met by the host and was shown the property. Beautiful house in a great location, only minutes from town and Menin gate. The kitchen is very well equipped. Just bring your own towels. Ideal for a weekend break, many bars, and places to eat and try the local Belgium beers. We also visited Brugge which wasn't far to drive for the day.

Excellent Location within Ypres

Excellent location within Ypres, just right to explore the museums and war cemeteries. The bars , restaurants and shops were superb and welcoming. The property was cosy and had private secure parking which is a bonus.

There was nothing to criticise about the property or location apart from the cooker which was difficult to understand to begin with.

Location was perfect and the house was clean and comfortable, would definitely stay again, thank you.

The only downside was the parking for our 5 motorcycles, I was under the impression there was a garage, and we couldn't fit 5 Harley Davidsons in to one parking bay.

Well appointment, large, great location

Location is close to town centre, Menin Gate, and a local supermarket. It was clean, well organized, had everything we needed for our stay. Parking was secure behind the apartment and access was very easy. Linen was provided and towels were not but when i requested towels, they were provided which was very handy as we flew in and they would have taken up a bit of room and weight in our luggage. Coffee machine was a perculator and worked a treat. Sauna on the basement level was beautiful, we made use of it every night! Beds were comfortable, consisting of 1 big king (room 1, level 2), 1 set of bunks, a single bed (room 2, level 3). Another room off to room 1 had a single bed. Apartment is set over 3 levels with stairs. We loved the large space where our children could play and enjoy the room the apartment has to offer. The owner met us and showed us around, she was super lovely and very helpful. Will recommend this apartment to anyone wanting to stay in Ypres.

Rustige ligging waar het fijn thuiskomen is, maar bedden aan de magere kant.

Rustig gelegen. Terras.

Buiten het grote tweepersoonsbed in de master bedroom, waar ik zelf niet in geslapen heb, zijn de overige bedden eigenlijk kinderbedden (1*2 stapelbed+ 1 gelijkaardig bed, alle 3 met dun en doorgelegen matrasje). Op de tussenverdieping staat nog 1 gastenbed, maar is een soort zetel ?
