Great location.

Location is fantastic. Close to everything, and quiet and safe. The place had everything essential for a short stay. The price was good for the area.

Comfort could be improved by updating linens to newer, cleaner sheets and towels, and cleaning the mould from the shower. It would also be nice if the broken things (cupboards, bed, sofabed, toilet seat, dining chairs etc) were repaired. Could also use a complete set of cutlery, and a newer mattress on the sofa bed - it was quite uncomfortable. Not sure what was causing the smell throughout the place, but it was a bit off- putting. Other than that it was fine for a few nights.

Memorable!!!

The apartment has excellent amenities with a great layout. My family was very comfortable with a lovely bedroom, sofa bed, dining room setting with centre counter. I enjoyed the kitchen as it was very easy to cook with all the utensils and appliances such as oven microwaves which were installed. Great location too as we walked a few minutes into the town to enjoy the Christmas vibes, shopping and museum. We visited to watch football in the Crack stadium which was a convenient walk away. The host was also excellent and welcoming. He greeted us at a very late arrival, helped us with free parking, explained the town and he was always a text message away. Thank you for the wonderful stay, definitely would do again!!!

Absolutely amazing. Could not fault anything. Excellent host and a beautiful apartment.

We ended up arriving 5 hours earlier than the check-in time due to a mix up. We phoned the host and he allowed us to enter the property early using a code so we wouldn't have to wait around for him to be able to meet us, which was absolutely amazing. He met us later to check we were ok and had everything we needed. The host was so kind and friendly and the apartment was gorgeous. It was so spacious and decorated beautifully, and it was spotlessly clean. It had absolutely everything you could possibly need provided for you, and it was literally a 5 minute walk from the town centre ( 5 mins to Cloth Hall and 7 minutes to Menin Gate) I would absolutely recommend both the host and the apartment.

Perfect location for a great visit

It was spacious and had everything we needed including laundry. It was in the prefect location for us easy walk to town centre and Menin Gate. We really enjoyed our stay. If I can come back I will do it based on when this place is available. Host welcomed us and showed us through and gave us great advice on how to make the most of our visit.

Stay was great. Needed extra day which was easily arranged with owner.

Property was very easy walking distance to main town. Host was very helpful because I managed to lock myself out and he was there 2 minutes later. Close to supermarkets and restaurants. I could make my own food as all the amenities are there. Easy parking outside apartment.

Needs curtains instead of blinds in bedroom to block out light from outside stairs to above apartment. No great problem though.

Well worth every penny.

Everything in the apartment was great. All that was needed was there and all in full working order. We only ate snacks there and did not do any cooking but could have if we wanted to. Our host provided a small welcome box of local goods and provided all the information on where to park, where to visit, the local area etc. He couldn't do enough, many thanks.

Unfortunately noisy neighbours above but nothing that could be done about it.

Fantastic to be back in Ieper, apartment was well suited to our needs and comfortable.

The property was ideally placed in Ieper, be close to the centre but in a quiet area. Somewhere safe to keep our cycles. lovely furnishing in the property. Spar is just round the corner and the main road into Ieper square. The host (Bernard) was very accommodating and helpful. Our trip was to pay our respects and condolences to family and friends for the loss of our very dear friend a month ago. Bittersweet trip.

The only thing I can think of is the pillows had some sort of plastic covering and made you sweat at night.

De locatie was perfect, dicht bij het Marktplein

Het was warm en zonnig weer, in de woonkamer schijnt de zon de hele dag. Gordijnen kunnen dan dicht maar voor de deur hangt niets en er zitten geen ramen. Niet te harden zo heet in woonkamer, daar kun je dan niet zitten. Er staan wel grote ventilator, maar dat heeft geen zin, er kan geen verse lucht de kamer in. Deur naar straat open zetten, is ook geen optie want er lopen dan mensen vlak langs je kamer, geen privacy dan.
