Location very close to the main market square, restaurants, facilities, furniture , aircon, comfort, value for money....all excellent
One minor thing. The bathroom is c60cm below the level of the apartment. You have step down using a single suspended step with no rail or hand grip to support you. You have to concentrate to do this safely...... especially if needing to use the toilet in the middle of the night.
