Slap bang in the centre of Ypres. Spotless clean and tidy

Split level with bathroom on the top floor, but very clean

Spacious comfortable apartment. Excellent location in hub of shopping and restaurant area. Useable kitchen.

Entrance area and walk up to apartment gives one pause but once inside it is nice. Steep narrow stairs that would be issue for some.

Very clean, tidy and modern spacious apartment with air conditioning and well equipped kitchen, very good shower. Also a small rear terrace for smoking. Space for a bicycle in the front hall (perhaps two at a stretch). There is a cafe opposite the flat which can be a little bit noisy at night, but the bedroom is at the back of the building where it is quiet. The location is right off the main square.

I was told I would be given instructions for entry on the day of my arrival, but by the time I arrived in the afternoon I had not received any communication so I had to telephone the host, who did not answer his phone. But he then appeared from the hairdressing salon on the ground floor (where he appeared to be the proprietor) to give me the key. It would have been nice to know this in advance or to be given a key code just in case I had been unable to telephone or if he had gone out etc.

WiFi only worked when the hairdressing business was open
