Fantastic place in the centre of ypres.

Apartment was central to all facilities. Very comfortable beds. Good kitchen with all facilities including cooker hob and microwave oven. Parking included with blue badge as was included in the booking. Would definitely recommend. The apartment was safe and secure. Fantastic view of the church opposite.

The stairs upto the 1st floor was very steep. People with walking disabilities would struggle. Nothing else wrong.

Perfect for what we wanted, a base close to the centre of Ieper, quiet location with easy access to Museums and landmarks

It was a perfect place to stay for me. Clean, roomy and close to bars and restaurants of Iper.

A very good sized apartment with a good shower. It has cooking facilites with fridge etc. Bed was good too. I was able to park my motorcycle in a garage at night. Five minutes walk from Iper's main sqaure. Owner was very helpful and pleasant.

Absolutely nothing. The owner knows what she is doing and makes sure the apartment is clean and ready upon arrival.

Not recommended

Hot water was hot. Kitchen was fine Good location within the city but FAR TOO CLOSE to the road.

The room is on the road so cars whizz past 2 m from your head on the pillow - so no privacy ( passersby) and you cannot open the only window due to the noise. The walls are dirty, there’s a hole in the wall in the bathroom , the light in the bathroom has no cover. The bedding is synthetic and not ironed. The light outside doesn’t work so it is pitch black - you cannot see a thing when opening the door. A parking ticket was promised but wasn’t there and when I asked the answer was ‚ pay euro 2 a day to park at the church. Horrible plastic plants and flowers , no soap. Hot water limited to 20 minutes.

A convenient 2-bed apartment – comfortable stay, location good.

The location of the apartment is very convenient – an easy 15min walk from the train station, not far from the centre of town. I appreciated the kitchen, and the TV when the weather was poor.

The kitchen is missing a sive for straining rice, vegetables and such like. A vegetable pealer would also have been appreciated.

Great location with relatively easy parking. Clear and timely instructions on how to access the property. Well equipped apartment, nicely furnished ... We would gladly return for a longer stay.
