Great location. Clean and tidy. Well equipped and in lovely little garden. Great parking outside

This was a lovely little barn conversion type of place, very quirky & comfortable! It’s nicely appointed, very open plan with a huge bathroom. Parking was fabulous, with the car & bikes safely behind electric gates in spacious grounds. We also chatted to the owners who were really friendly & helpful. The apartment is around 1km from the centre of Ypres & was a nice walk there & back (Ypres itself was also fabulous)

The stairs up to the apartment are quite steep (care needed)! I’m not sure if I read the blurb fully but the beds were either end of the main living space with just the stairs separating them, but we are 4 close friends so it was not a bother (& as I mentioned the room was large). This isn’t a complaint just a FYI!!!

My brother and I stayed for two nights during a cycling trip and really enjoyed our time here. The host was very welcoming, and the property was clean, spacious, and comfortable. It’s also only about a 10‑minute walk to the centre of Ypres, which made exploring the town very easy.

Great location, comfy and well equipped apartment.
