Absolutely fabulous apartment ideally located to walk and explore Ypres centre and its attractions. The host Serge is a very friendly and helpful guy who can't do enough for you. I would recommend this apartment to others.

Really spacious apartment with great amenities in a central location. Air-conditioning was a huge bonus as it was very hot weather when we stayed. Lovely outside balcony to sit and relax in the evening. Serge was a fantastic host and was really helpful with any queries we had.

Not fully self contained. All doors have locks so not a massive problem. We were there at a weekend so no other people attending the cookery classes on the ground floor.

Great apartment in fabulous Ieper

This is a fantastic apartment based right next to the best place to park for free in Ypres. It isn't in the middle of town, but it's only a few minutes away. The apartment is on two floors, with two big twin bedrooms upstairs, along with a bathroom with nice shower. The lower floor has another toilet and big living room and kitchen area, which is well equipped. There is the bonus of a lovely terrace with a view over to the Cloth Hall. The host, Serge, is great. He is instantly welcoming, and very funny. We didn't take him up on his offer of a beer because we were so busy, but will next time.

The beds had memory foam mattresses and were too soft for me. However, that is just personal preference. There is nothing else to dislike. It is a fab place to stay.

There are not enough adjectives to describe how fabulous our stay was.

The property is easy to locate and has plenty of parking. The location is quiet and central to the town, restaurants, bars, war graves and other historic places of interest. Serge is a fabulous host, who presents an amazing property with all mod cons. Nothing is too much trouble. We would highly recommend staying here.

Perfect apartment

The apartment is probably the best rental we have ever stayed at. It was like home from home with everything you needed and lots of nice little touches. All equipment is very modern and high quality. The location was perfect with easy parking. The owner Serge is very nice and happy to help with local information, he also makes lovely carrot cake. I would highly recommend this apartment 10/10.

Host Serge was so friendly and helpful and house was so comfortable and roomy

Owners son met us at location on arrival to do a room tour and advise of codes then owner met and gave extra info - came back later with complimentary carrot cake for us all 🙂 Also checkout cafe in town centre called - “milk and sugar” best hot chocolate!!!

Only tiny down point was there was only 1 small roll of toilet paper on arrival - but we were going to the shop so just picked up some same time. Some renovation to downstairs cooking studio weren't completed before our arrival but owner offered free local beer as compensation!

The location was fantastic , the host met us and even gave us a brief tour of the city even though it was 11 pm at night … highly recommend this host and the apartment was exceptional.. spotlessly clean , modern and just generally fantastic, air con ,toys and activities for the kids the, the great outdoor space , the list goes on … it was just fantastic

Lovely, modern apartment close to centre

Spacious and comfortable apartment with very modern amenities. Great location for walking into centre of Ypres for meals, shopping and croissants for breakfast. We found it an ideal 2-night base for visiting the WW1 battlefields, museums and memorials while also enjoying the lovely town of Ypres.

We weren't able to connect to WiFi. Owner was apologetic but unable to fix while we were there.

A fantastic, well-equipped apartment 5 minutes walk from the centre. A real gem of a find.

What a wonderful stay! The apartment is spacious, well located and very clean. The beds are comfortable and with the high levels of noise insulation and blackout curtains, we slept soundly. The apartment is extremely well equipped, from plentiful crockery, to professional wine glasses, to games for children, to coffee machines in every bedroom, to lots of thick fluffy towels, to TVs in every room. It felt very luxurious. There are many high technology aspects - voice-activated TV, Japanese loo, Thermomix, AEG appliances (steam oven, microwave, washer, dryer, dishwasher). Wifi is also very fast, and I was able to work one day without problems. The friendly host, Serge, went over and above offering much advice. We would love to stay here again.

Bekvem lejlighed med god beliggenhed.

Lejligheden ligger i god afstand fra byens centrale torv med attraktioner og restauranter. Lejligheden har alle ønskelige faciliteter herunder velfungerende aircondition og wifi. De små detaljer er også på plads - spil til både børn og voksne, bolde til leg på pladsen tæt på lejligheden, myggenet for døre og vinduer. Parkering er nemt på det gratis parkeringsområde Minnesplein 50 meter fra døren. Værten Serge er meget venlig og imødekommende.
