It was very near the centre of Ypres and had plenty of room.
We had to use a public car park nearby.

Not a minus for us, but can be for someone with limited ability - be ready for a good amount of stairs 😅

Location and very clean and spacious

No breakfast. A few tea bags, a few sugar packets, no milk.
Towels were old and worn. We had to find them in a draw.
