Was good. Location great. Kids really enjoyed the house with all the stairs. Was a little chilly.

No breakfast. A few tea bags, a few sugar packets, no milk.

Towels were old and worn. We had to find them in a draw.

Overnight stay in good accomodation, only a short walk from town.

Good communication from host, and easy key pick up. House very good, but over may levels. There is a bedroom on ground floor for those not wanting to go too high. Really nice living area on first floor. Didn't use kitchen, but well equipped. Short walk into town. Had no issue parking on street overnight. Would need to park a walk away if there longer.

This property allowed us as a group to socialise, much better than separate hotel rooms. Ypres is a must at Xmas time, T

Very good Location, Xmas decorations and a big bow on the door on arrival made the accommodation look very Christmassy. Very spacious, we had 8 adults and a child, lots of room in social areas. Bedrooms spacious. Greeted on arrival, host was polite and very helpful. Well equipped kitchen, 2 bathrooms have large showers.

Very odd layout, lots of stairs. Attic room is not for the faint hearted. Not so much a dislike like, makes the property unique.

Jammer van de hygiëne en geuren

De locatie is heel dicht bij het centrum, voldoende parkeergelegenheid (gratis) in de buurt. Gezellige leefruimte, in de keuken zo goed als alles aanwezig

Het huis was niet gepoetst voordat we toekwamen. De vloeren waren heel vuil. De handdoeken en beddengoed waren niet fris van geur. We moesten zoeken naar handdoeken op verschillende verdiepingen in kasten en hadden er niet genoeg voor iedereen. Het huis bestaat uit 4 verdiepingen waardoor het wat zoeken was wie we waar zouden kunnen te slapen leggen. Het huis leeft waardoor er snel geluid is van krakende vloeren/trappen. kelder = badkamer Gelijkvloers = grote inkom en studiokamer met klein keukentje 1e verdieping: leefruimte met keuken 2e verdieping: badkamer met slaapkamer met 1 persoonsbed en een bed in de hoogte zonder veilige anti val rand 3e verdieping: grote slaapkamer met dubbel bed en stapelbed 4e verdiep: slaapkamer onder het dak met 3 1-persoonsbedden

Bijna alles zoals huisje, ligging, vriendelijkheid host...

Dat er geen of onvoldoende onderhoudsproducten aanwezig waren zoals vaatdoek, schotel doekjes en afwastabletten. De keukenkasten mochten misschien eens uitgewassen worden vqn binnen en van buiten.

Geweldige ligging om Ieper te verkennen.

De ligging is perfect! Prijs-kwaliteit was super en de woning en kamers waren erg ruim.

De zetel en de bedden waren niet zo comfortabel. Een toilet buiten de badkamer zou handig zijn.

Heerlijk verblijven in centrum Ieper

Heel goed contact met de host. Ze wachtte ons op bij aankomst, heel leuk. Groot appartement met goede voorzieningen. Mooie locatie in het centrum. Parkeren in de buurt goed mogelijk. Ieper is interessant en een uitstekende uitvalsbasis voor de omgeving.

We vierden er een onvergetelijke oudejaarsavond met vrienden, op een boogscheut van de kerstmarkt.

De locatie was top, op 300 meter van de grote markt waar er kerstmarkt was. Het huis bestaat uit een kleine studio (gelijkvloers + badkamer -1) met minikeuken en tweepersoonsbed. Op eerste verdieping is de keuken en de leefruimte. Op tweede verdieping een badkamer en slaapkamer met slaapbank (slechte kwaliteit van matras) en bed in nis. Op derde verdieping een slaapkamer voor twee personen en stapelbed, gescheiden door rolgordijn. Op vierde verdieping een slaapkamer onder het dak met 3 eenpersoonsbedden. De twee koelkasten waren zeer handig! Voor de vaatwas was alles aanwezig: vaatwastatbletten, vaatwasproduct, spons (wel slechts 1 keukenhanddoek) Tip voor een topgids in Ieper: https://www.2xplore.be/guide.html

Slechts 2 toiletten voor huis met zoveel slaapkamers. De keuken had enkel dessertborden, geen dinerborden, dus dat was jammer voor onze oudejaarsavond diner. Geen zeep of shampoo aanwezig zoals op de foto.

De locatie was de perfecte uitvalsbasis voor een bezoek aan Ieper en omstreken.

De accommodatie was niet echt proper, vuile vloer, glazen in de afwasmachine beschimmeld, dit was echt spijtig voor zo een fijne accommodatie
