Modern, spacious apartments right in the centre to Ypres and train station.

Location was excellent being within a short stroll to the Menin Gate, eateries and the train station. Apartments are excellent - modern, spacious, with outside areas. Undercover, secure Garage parking available at a cost was a few mins walk from apartment. Host Karin was very helpful and accomodating. Would absolutely book again and recommend.

Location was excellent being within a short stroll to the Menin Gate, eateries and the train station. Apartments are excellent - modern, spacious, with outside areas. Excellent accommodation and the best way to stay in this fantastic City.

Excellent standard of accommodation, superb location to access shops, the square, restaurants (5min walk) and the Menin Gate (10min walk). We found it quiet enough but close to everything, so the perfect location for our family of four. The private but large multiuser garage with your own space is at extra cost, but worth it and only a 5 min walk which worked very well. Overall a great experience, so much better than a hotel, and would book again without question.

Only one very minor negative was the lack of an oven but there was a combination microwave with that function but just limits you on preparing certain family meals.

This was an attractive, comfortable and very clean apartment with a private garden seating area in an extremely convenient location for shops, eateries, museum, cathedral, Menin Gate etc.

There was no wash hand basin in the ground floor toilet which was located away from the shower and main wash facility.

Excellent accommodation and brilliant position.

The position was great, it was very clean and tidy. Everything was as it should be. The washing machine was a bonus.

The downstairs shower could do with a better support under the tray. Fly's are a problem in Belgium, generally it being so agricultural. Some kind of killer would help. However, none of the above would stop me booking again.

Excellent house in great position

As described with lots of communal areas. Great location. We found checking in to be very easy. The house exceeded our expectations and we were sorry not to spend more time there. It was clean and bright with everything we needed for a short stay, there was even a step to reach high cupboards. The terrace is great on a sunny day. Comfortable beds

The central location was perfect, the home was beautiful, with lots of fabulous touches, loved the fact there was a selection to WW1 dvds in the drawer. Host was great with showing us places to visit and best places to eat. Loved that there was laundry liquid available. Overall we loved our stay,

Excellent fantastic and will book again

Location was absolutely fantastic close by to the Cloth Hall and main square 3 minutes walk away. Shops, Bars & places to eat again only 2 minutes away. Free parking 5 minutes walk away.

An excellent, comfortable & well appointed apartment. Karin gave us very clear instructions on how to find the apartment and, because some local festivities had led to roads being closed, her husband, Alain, came to meet us on his bike. We were very grateful.

Exceptional

Location was amazing. Just off city centre so you can be in the middle of everything in 5 minutes but it isn't noisy. Very comfortable accommodation with everything you need provided. Hosts are very friendly and helpful. I can't wait to go back!!

Apartment was lovely, much better than I expected from the photos. It was spacious and clean. Karin and her husband were very accommodating and quick to communicate. The location itself is right in the centre of Ieper, a beautiful charming town.

Excellent Apartment in an Excellent Location

Excellent location in the centre of Ypres, for an additional fee the hosts allocated us a secure space in a nearby garage which was very handy. We have been visiting Ypres for many years for Armistice Day so we are quite familiar with the City and this is one of the best places we've stayed in.

Only downside is that we were expecting two single beds in the main bedroom not a double however it was very big so we managed okay. This was my fault as I didn't notice it when booking the apartment.

nice stay in the centre of Ypres

the apartment is close to the centre of Ypres and ideal for visiting the museums and the Menin Gate. the apartment was just off the min street so we were able to walk around the town. Nice to have the outside space at the rear of the property.
