Nice property but let down by owners

Very nice property

We booked because it was listed as having single beds on both booking.com and another popular site The owners refused to give us extra bedding as the single beds were pushed together as doubles. Sink was blocked in kitchen, informed owners, they weren’t interested Washing machine flooded the utility room, again the owners were not interested As a single sex sports team we booked the property because it was listed as having single beds

Lovely home with great location. Unfortunate ending due to extra costs.

Location was great Furnishings and decor was lovely and modern

At the end of our stay the hosts came into the house and charged us €60. We had switched on the dishwasher and left food in the fridge and offered to remove it. The hosts said no. They charged us as they said we didn’t have the bathrooms ‘extra clean’. We required an interpreter to explain this information. There was no info provided prior to our stay and this may have helped us plan our stay better.

Scandaleuse malhonnêteté des propriétaires ,et dictature de pénétrer dans la maison avec leur clé

le calme.

Les propriétaires ,a plusieurs reprises, sont entrés dans la maison avec leur clé, pour fermer 2 chambres à clé ; c'est une maison pour 8 ,avec 4 chambres ,que nous avions louée dans sa totalité. Mais nous n' étions que deux, alors d'autorité les propriétaires nous ont imposé leur dictature ; aussi de mettre des pantoufles, de baisser les volets car le soleil décolorait leurs meubles, de ne pas garer notre voiture devant la maison car de l'huile pouvait éventuellement tâcher la pierre, ils nous imposaient de changer nos serviettes de salle de bain sans nous consulter, et rentraient encore sans prévenir dans la maison.... une surveillance permanente inacceptable. Notre caution de 250 €, payée en cash, sans reçu, a été gardée dans sa totalité , sans raison aucune, Nous avons pourtant rendu la maison dans un état impeccable. L'attitude des propriétaires dépassait les limites de la légalité, et la non restitution de notre caution de 250€ est une escroquerie scandaleuse. Nous avons contacté NOVASOL sans aucune aide, ni aucune réponse de leur part. Là aussi, nous trouvons leur attitude d'une rare malhonnêteté. Nous sommes prêts à porter plainte.
