Location was outstanding. Very clean and well appointed. Beds were comfortable and the bathrooms were good.
The stairs are quite narrow so you do need to make sure people are ok to use them

Location is perfect for the town centre, Menin Gate is just a 2-3 minute walk, Cloth Hall 4-5 minutes. 4 large bedrooms, comfortable lounge. Bonus to have 2 separate showers. Easy access and good communication with owner. Ypres is a lovely city with lots of bars and restaurants.

Great location, spotlessly clean. Excellent value for money.
Only criticism would be that the rooms are all twin with single beds pushed together, rather than doubles.
