Pleasant and well equipped family-sized home, sent in extensive gardens. Approximately 20 mins walk into main city square and Menin Gate. Good base for visiting various battlefield sites.

We had a great weeks stay in Dirks house in Ieper. The house is beautiful with everything you could need and more. Lovely garden and the table tennis and badminton are nice touches. Easy walk in to the centre of town and Ieper itself is a lovely place with some beautiful buildings. Check in and check out was easy and there were no problems at all.

Very comfortable home, clean and tidy, comfortable interior spaces and beautiful garden. Minutes away from bike paths and short walk into town. We had trouble with the auto key system checking in but we wee able to connect with the caretaker and everything worked out well. Owner made arrangements to repair the problem so future guests should not have the same issue. Prior t our arrival Dirk was responsive, patient, and answered all our questions in a timely manner.

This property is situated on the outskirts of Ypres with a canal and cycle track close by. There are bikes available and lovely countryside to cycle in. The property has excellent facilities both inside and out and our grandchildren enjoyed the boule, the badminton and the hot tub . All in all a great place to stay.

We had a short stay here while we visited Ypres and the WW1 battlefields. While it is a little bit out of town, there's a shop nearby and it is very quiet. Our kids loved the garden and the house has everything you could possibly need. It is clean, well equipped and really comfortable. I would highly recommend it.

The property was clean and well supplied. The rooms were accommodating and the yard was beautiful. The house has a lot of modern luxury that is uncommon for the area. Dirk was easy to access and very helpful in supplying information for the area. Wonderful find!
