Location.. Layout, interior space.
The long lecture during check-in about the local area. The 150€ in CASH security deposit against damage. The garage that was offered was not the integral unit, but a lockup 100m away from the property. Property was good, but very old fashioned and not contemporary..

It was all first class.Very well appointed and spotlessly clean. It had everything needed for our stay . The beds were very comfortable and the air con excellent. It is in a wonderful location for exploring the town . We hope to return . Roger and Sara Mitchell

Freddy, our host is fantastic. The location is superb and the town house is very well presented. The aircon was great too.
