there was no hot water in the kitchen sink, so had to boil water to do dishes. The stairs to the loft bedroom were a bit scary at first. But with a bit of practice it got easier.

Quirky apartment which was in a good location but could do with a little more equipment

Location was excellent, very close to the town centre, relatively quiet location, access to bike hire and washing machine, shower was good, quirky apartment- quite unique. Landlord was very helpful waiting til after 8:45pm to pick us up from the station as our train was late and not wanting us to try to find our way in the dark

Lack of plug in both sinks, so very difficult to wash up etc, sharp knife needed for food prep and cutting bread. Staircase was rather odd, we had to exercise caution as it was very steep and had to turn on the stairs in order not to bump our heads.

Spacious and close to city

The original apartment we reserved, the Sandpiper, was no longer available as the person renting it before us tested Covid positive. The owner was quick to find a solution and offered us another apartment closer to the city at no extra cost. The location was excellent, very close to the city and the apartment was spacious enough for two people.

I often like to make my own meals but there were no dishes available that could be used in the oven. Also, the shower was very badly constructed and the doors did not close fully, as a result while showering water spilled onto the bathroom floor ... which could prove to be dangerous if you are not paying attention and could have an accident by slipping on the wet floor.

I really liked the apartment First it is in a very quiet area and very close to the center, you can go wherever you want, all businesses and supermarkets are very close you can walk wherever you want to go. The location is really excellent. I highly recommend it

Everything was ready ,the place was spotlessly clean and tidy, bernard was here waiting and was a very good host with all the information you could need , and a most friendly person . The local facilities are very good with plenty to see and do , The town is just a short walk away parking outside the property is easey . And free parking is avaliable just the other side of the menen gate , All in all 10 out of 10 for sandpiper

Te weinig zonwering.

Dat we de fietsen binnen konden zetten.

Was niet te doen met de hitte de zon stond er de hele middag tot 20.00 uur op. Geen zonwering of goede gordijnen voor de ramen. we gingen naar het park om af te koelen. Jammer het verblijf was wel goed verder.
