Fact you had to pay extra for towels and linen - only place I’ve ever had to do this. Felt cost was expensive too. Staircase handrail on 3rd floor loose and noted that this was outstanding since 2024. Dodgy if you have young children or are older and less mobile. Mentioned to owner.
