The location was great. Handy for the centre, lots of shops, restaurants and things to do nearby. Great transport links also. Comfortable beds. Plenty of kitchenware if you want.to cook or order in.

Super flexible and friendly staff. You know what a place is like when sometines things dont go to plan. We would love to come back and stay here! TLDR We booked the property last minute, a short while before showing up. This in itself was because we had originally booked a hotel on booking.com but did not stay there due to cleanliness at that place. This meant we had to look for another place to stay, at short notice, with winter cold setting in at 6pm and kids as young as six in our party. This place looked perfect, and the location was ideal. Due to some issues with the system, our checkin instructions were not generated and we could not make it into the property. Furthermore, the number on the listing did not seem to work though we called it several times (small note to the agency for improvement here). We ended up going to a nearby hotel because we did not want to wait as we had small kids in our party, and one of them was not feeling well. A couple of hours later we were contacted by the agency who were quite apologetic about the whole thing. Though the booking was not refundable, they processed a full refund with no questions. This may seem like far from an ideal experience, which to be fair it wasn't. However, we have travelled enough to know things dont always go to plan. The reason we are leaving a positive review is the manner in which the agency handled it. In other circumstances, waiting 2 or 3 hours from when you make the booking to getting checkin instructions is not a problem at all.

Faster response time on the phone number in the listing would have helped a lot, and saved us a decent bit of stress.

Loacation was the positive point.

I did not pay attention that the apartment is down stairs the “0” floor… this was definetly not nice…
