Extremely clean and spacious apartment with great amenities and very close to public transportation.

The place was very clean with great amenities and extremely close to the metro and tram. Communication with the company was terrific, and they accommodated the early arrival while providing a free cleaning service for a day. We definitely will stay at a Heart Milan Apartment should we return in the future.

Great aparment, great hosts.

Hosts are great! Aparment is great! They gifted us with a free cleaning, which was so kind and so helpful. Everything is clean. Apartment is well heated. This was our second year in a row. The area is not touristic, but has great cafes and restaurants. Walking distance to Duomo is about 15-20 minutes.

Incredible, I really liked it we had a very good stay here.

The place is well equipped, it has everything you need. Lots of space, two full bathrooms upstairs - one for each bedroom - and one toilet downstairs. It is really close to the center and duomo you can go on foot it is only 20 minutes. Really quiet neighborhood with the exception of the tram (the only noisy part of this neighborhood) you really do not notice it unless you are a very light sleeper.

The only bad part is the tv downstairs. It actually has nothing, no channels, no connection to anything no internet connection so no Netflix etc could not connect it to my iPhone well I just did not turn it on again.

The staff were simply the best!

Great location. Close to metro and shops. Many nice restaurants nearby. Lovely outdoor dining area. Lots of natural light. Staff were all especially professional and super accommodating. Would rent again if going to Milano.

Sole issue was one bedroom could get warm and humid. AC unit worked hard but when it was hotter in the day the room was warmer then we like.

Lovely Milan Heart Apartment

We felt like in our own house the apartment was so clean and literally has everything anyone would need. The staff were so helpful and friendly they’re ensuring that everything is alright on a daily basis and they respond so quickly when we contact them. This will be always our number one option every time we come to Milan.

Great stay in the heart of Milano

The apartment is very spacious with 2 bog bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. The position is perfect, just 10min by foot from the Duomo and other main attractions. In the street there are a lot of bakery where one can buy fresh croissants for the morning as well as bread. Also pharmacy and supermarket are very close. The rooms are very well isolated and when closing the windows it is very silent.

Overally a really cool apartment.

The apartment is very spacious and well-equipped in a great location! The bed was very comfortable and I loved the rooftop terrace. It had everything we needed for our short stay. Staff was friendly and kept in touch via WhatsApp. It was very quiet with the windows closed and I loved the electric blinds on the roof windows! Location is great, there is a pizza place only a 3 min walk away which serves delicious pizza and the centre is only a 15 min walk away.

The showers could be better. Both showers have blocked shower heads and one shower is super small and the other has a textile curtain inside to provide privacy as there is a window. It’s weird because it would be much simpler to just put privacy film on the window. The fan in one of the bathrooms is also quite loud and can’t be turned off which is a bit annoying at night as it’s next to the bedroom. I also tried to turn on the heating but it never really came on, was a bit difficult to figure it out. The TV had no English channels, would have been be nice to have Netflix.

Outstanding Customer Service and Facilities

The Customer Service was upto the highest standards. The channel of communication via WhatsApp chat was extremely effective. The entire team was very attentive to all queries and requests. On request they had arranged a van for a pick up at the Milano Centrale and when we checked in we had Michel waiting for us and helped us with the luggage. Every 2nd day housekeeping service was better than some hotels. Apartment is ideally located with everything at walking distance, convenient stores, Restaurants of all choices etc. Apartment had welcoming sets of confectioneries, teas and coffee. Perfect for a family of 4 (2 adults and 2 young adults). Will definitely try them again on our next visit to Milano.

There is not much that could be said. It was just in the middle of summer, the AC had broken down and we were provided with extra fans and a portable AC, which was not exactly as you expect with an AC facility. We were out most of the days so was not as bothered but at night had some discomfort. Otherwise could have been earned 10/10 for overall facilities.

An exceptional stay! A gorgeous flat in the centre of Milan with amazing hosts.

Amazing hosts! They were so attentive during our stay, ensuring we had everything we needed and were more than willing to go the extra mile. The check in process was super easy too and clear to follow. The apartment itself was spacious and the view was lovely! Would absolutely recommend to anyone wanting a short stay in Milan, the metro is only a short walk away but the town is absolutely walkable. Thank you for an amazing stay.

Our apartment was 2 floors, more than enough room for my husband and I and our 3 teenagers. 10 minutes metro + walking to the Duomo. The apartment was elegant, spacious, bright and designed perfectly. The large windows opened so we could hear the energy of the city. The price category was in the upper range compared to our usual travel budget, however, it was well worth it. The team at ‘Heart Milan Apartments’ was highly professional, always keeping us posted and offering help asap when needed.

The upstairs back room shower leaks onto the floor, however, we have the same problem at home and it is tough to fix.

Fantastic stay with family

Clean, spacious, amenities, friendly staff. This is a fantastic apartment.

The only drawback to the wonderful stay is that there was a smell to one of the bathrooms (3 bathrooms in total). The staff offered to make the repair right away, but I declined, since I had other 2 bathrooms and was checking out soon anyway.
