The experience overall was nice. Easy access to enter the apartment even that it was after midnight. Walking distance to Milano Center. We will be back in the same apartment when we will travel to Milano.

Clean, modern and comfortable apartment in a very good location in Milan. The metro was about a 5 minute walk and there were trams with stops on the street. The check in process was very easy and the staff were very accessible and helpful
The kitchen was a bit difficult to work with - could include some basic cooking supplies such as salt pepper and oil

We were met by a representative who spoke perfect English. He explained all about the apartment and kept in touch by WhatsApp over the duration of the stay. The apartment had excellent security, including a gated entrance. There was a small supermarket immediately opposite and the metro station was across the road.
The kitchen area had everything we needed but was not really big enough for more than one person at a time. We just had to work around each other - not a problem for us.
