Great location, wonderful apartment
Location was fantastic, apartment was very clean and modern, host was very polite and helpful! Not sure if it was mentioned in the listing but the electronic shades were a huge plus especially with the floor to ceiling windows.
Small details, but the iron was a bit dirty and the ironing board wasn't the best to iron on. Also the water would flow out of the shower often and multiple towels were needed to keep the floor dry. But overall nothing that made me regret booking, and nothing that would stop me from staying here again in the future.

One of the room (Tower I) had a clogged drain and resulted in flooding to the bathroom during shower. It was reported and resolved by the property team - but as it was a Sunday, it could only be handled on the next day; slight inconvenience for shower for one day.

The intercom was quite confusing to use. Sometimes you had to click some buttons, other times it felt like those same buttons weren't correct. I couldn't figure out a consistent method to unlocking the building door.

Clean tidy stay with good facilities.
Bigger than we expected, easy check in, great location to shopping and public transport. Nice and clean. Bathroom was also big and a decent shower. Was very handy having the washing machine. Coffee machine was a good hit too. Would recommend to others to stay here.

They need to state properly that the cleaning fee they make you pay is not for cleaning services during the stay. It is for cleaning the apartment before you arrive and after you leave.
Only 1 set of towels given per person for a couple of 2 for the entire duration of the stay. If you ask for an extra set of towels they charge you 15 euros per set (1 big towel and 1 hand towel). Staff are unhelpful

This modern apartment in a prime location was all I needed!
The location was perfect for me. It was walking distance from the main attractions. Room is clean and modern. Host was very attentive and always ready to help. A big thanks to Francesco for always being available when needed. I highly recommend this place.

Apartment was spacious.
It’s the same building with Sephora,pull & bear,footlocker and gap facing the courtyard not the street towards duomo. Follow google map and locate building no 11.
There is no shower caddy so no where to keep soap/sponge. Water pools in the shower.

it’s truly one the best location we rented during our trip in Europe.
The only downside of this property is that when you have an issue, it’s so difficult to get someone to help. not everyone is connected. You will be dealimg with different entities.

AMAZING!! We booked this the night before we arrived in Milan and the location is so central - about a 5 min walk to the duomo!! Very modern and self-contained unit and Francesco was so helpful. Will definitely stay here again!!

You’ll need to buckle up for this one! Cause I’m going to give you all you need to completely AVOID this place at all cost as well as providing with a BETTER place to stay in the SAME BUILDING!
The horrible check in experience: I have informed them that I will arrive late between 9:00PM-10:00PM. But once I arrived at the building there was no instructions or signs showing you where “sweet inn” is located. We went to the reception and no one was there, all lights were closed. I called them several times and NO ONE PICKED UP! Before my travel I informed them that we will be late and they acknowledged that. However they never picked up the phone during this emergency. I had to check in to another hotel because we had large baggages and we just wanted a place to stay. After finding another hotel and connecting to the Wi-Fi I contact them through booking.com which they responded. WITH A CARELESS RESPONSE! Saying they sent an email with the “instructions” to check in… I never received the email and this shouldn’t change the fact that NO ONE PICKED UP THE PHONE DURING AN EMERGENCY! Horrible and utterly disgusting experience. No one bothered to apologize for this inconvenience or cared at all.
The apartment we stayed in: where do I begin here, after they informed me where and how to get into the apartment I proceed in “checking in” the next day. The place looks just like the pictures but less clean, I opened the washing machine to wash my clothes from the previous night and to my surprise. There was a opened condom and lingerie!! I immediately felt disgusted staying in. Please AVOID AT ALL COSTS!
The impossible refund for the 1st night: after days of going back and forth with them through Booking.com chat, they reimbursed me for the first night that I COULDNT check in. I was talking to about 6 PEOPLE! (Hajar, Jorge, Mohamed, kawter, dusan, Julia) all of them seems to be playing around and avoiding giving me my refund. What a joke, very poor service and weak hospitality.

Sind seit einigen Jahren hier Gäste und das Appartement wird immer schlechter vom Zustand Klobrille wackelt immer noch ,Wäschekorb schäbig und abgenutzt ,Dusche Glasränder ungepflegt ,elektrische Rolläden teilweise defekt und hängen sich aus den Schienen aus sehr schade das Objekt wird nicht instand gehalten und immer schlechter und teurer !

Obiekt super wyposażony w znakomitej lokalizacji. Do katedry niecałe 5 minut. Cicho, czysto i wszystko co niezbędne.
Kosmetyki, kostki do zmywarki i kawa w kapsułkach oraz herbata. Wszystko jest! Warto zaznaczyć, że są też ciapy do chodzenia po mieszkaniu, a ja dźwigałem swoje w małym plecaku do wizzair niestety.
Wszystkie sprzęty kuchenne wysokiej jakości do dyspozycji więc gotować można. My chodziliśmy jeść na miasto.
