Perfect location, very quiet and just a great base for our Olympic holiday.

The suite was perfect for us as it was in the centre of Milan, only 10mins from the Duomo. Loved the his and hers dressing rooms! Very clean and really quiet. Would totally recommend. Helpful WhatsApp messages and responded so quickly.

Perfect location but noisy overnight night.

I liked the location being so near the Duomo as well as the shopping district. Nice having the option of being able to bring food back to the studio apartment. Being able to leave our luggage at the hub the following day was fantastic.

Very noisy and rude neighbours, walls were thin, so we slept badly. Overall the appartment was fine but the finish to walls/paintwork looked rushed.

If you are sightseeing - this is a very convenient location and fair costs.

Location, location, location! We were in the heart of historical area of Milan, close to all the sites you want to visit. The apartment was a bit small but it was adequate for our 3 night stay. The facilities were clean, and located within a secure locked courtyard. The bed was very comfortable.

The kitchen was sparse, the knives dulled and not really anything more than a place to fix coffee and store a few things in the fridge. No dishtowels and uncomfortable chairs, which left only the bed to relax.

We absolutely loved the house's location and facilities. It far surpassed our expectations. Also, the host was very polite and helpful.

Due to its central location, this might be an issue if you are sensitive to noise, but I didn't encounter any other downsides.

Location of perfect.

The lighting is lacking. It's dark as if the rooms are only meant for sleeping. It's difficult for us to read or to even do our packing. Uncomfortable to our vision.

Excellent service and place

Convenience and location. Jerome who handled our stay was on top of everything. He also gave us great instructions on how to get to property and if we arrived early where we can store our luggage early. He help arranged our car service to the airport as well. When my friend left her phone in the car service, I was able to reach out to him on early Sunday morning and he was able to send the car service back to return to the airport. I would definitely come back and stay.

I had an exceptional experience at this hotel from start to finish. The check-in process was smooth and welcoming, and the staff went above and beyond to make sure every detail of my stay was comfortable. The room was spotless, spacious, and beautifully designed, with all the amenities I needed. The hotel’s facilities were outstanding Staff were very helpful. Location-wise, it couldn’t be better. Everything I needed was within walking distance, making my trip even more convenient. Overall, this hotel exceeded my expectations. I would highly recommend it to anyone looking for comfort, cleanliness, and excellent service. I will definitely be returning!

A very nice and conformable place in a wonderful location.

I had a wonderful stay. The location of my apartment is simply amazing - within a short walking distance of many attractions, cafes and a supermarket (note that the property has several locations, but all seem to be central), but it is also very quiet. The apartment was very comfortable and clean, with everything I needed. It felt as though I were living in Milan, rather than just visiting. The host was extremely attentive—every question, even minor ones, was addressed within minutes. It’s an excellent place to stay in Milan that I highly recommend.

Nice location. Bottom floor. Clean space. Plenty of room for a couple with luggage

No heat. Was told by staff that heating is turned off still for summer season. Early October was very cold in mornings and evenings. Room did not have windows to bring in sun light. A small portable heater would have been nice for morning.

Lovely spacious apartment 2 minute walk from The Duomo

Lovely apartment 2 minute walk from The Duomo. Milan Retreats comms were outstanding via WhatsApp. They provided a video walkthrough of accessing the apartment, checked every morning if there was anything they could help with and even had a free luggage deposit if arriving early or leaving late.

The only part of the apartment that could have been better was the shower into the bath which was a little tight but was workable.

Clean, quiet, and comfortable apartment very close to cafes, restaurants and the Duomo plaza.

This was a very nice apartment in a great location close to the Duomo and the Galleria Vittorio Emanuele II. Clean, quiet, comfortable and secure. The local manager met us at the apartment and was very responsive to questions during our stay. If you are older, or have bad knees, please note that the bed is very low to floor and could be difficult to get out of.

A wonderful spacious apartment in the heart of the city 3min from il duomo.

This place was a jewel in the centre of milan, the place was very spacious for 4people, the beds we’re so comfortable, it had everything’s we needed and more, the terrace was our favourite part it was a great place to hang out in, the bathroom was great, they even had a washer and detergent which was great, the apartment is in a great location we felt very safe, and right behind the duomo, walking distance to a lot of restaurants and main attractions the host was attentive and so wonderful to deal with i would absolutely stay here again and absolutely recommend this place to all my friends and family.

highly recommend Milan Retreats and will definitely stay with them every time I visit Milan. The location is unbeatable—just 2 minutes from the Duomo and 10 minutes to Milan Central Station, perfect for shopping and sightseeing. The apartment is in a new, secure building, very clean, and fully equipped with everything needed for both short and long stays. What impressed me most was the outstanding service. The Milan Retreats team, especially Jerome, maintained active and professional communication even before we arrived, making check-in smooth and stress-free. I’ve stayed with many hosts before, but their level of service is truly seamless and top-tier. If I had to mention anything,

it would be a suggestion to add a safe box and improve the water pressure in the shower—but those are minor compared to the overall great experience.

Excellent location in the heart of Duomo. Modern clean apartment with all the amenities you will need. Secure entry into building and lift. Host was great checking in daily for any questions you might have regarding activities. Would definitely stay again.

Good value, great location, nice building.

Size of apartment was good, cleanliness a 10 and location was grand. The only thing we did not like was that the video provided was a bit dark and we could not see the code that was supposed to be used for opening the lock box. It would be great to get an email with that info the day before our arrival, versus having this real time messaging that took place. When you are traveling and tired, the last thing you want it to have to look for instructions in order to just get in and rest.

Not recommended, if you value a peaceful and welcoming stay!

The only positive facts about this property are the central location (not recommended though if you are in a business trip-since it is overly crowded by tourists) and cleaning of the room.

The thing that impacted extremely negatively my stay were the noise and the disrespectful way of communication of the customer service representee. The location is situated circa 20 m from the main street on the right and in front of the building is the tram line which works continuously from 5 am till past midnight. There is no sound isolation (the host claimed that the retractable sunshades are sound proud), the building itself is quite old and there's no exterior nor interior isolation of the walls. Therefore, was not much difference between the noise outside and inside the room (especially that downstairs are 2 restaurants with terrace). A simple polite, yet assertive concern raised by me virtually (since there is no direct customer service representee present in the location, attracted verbal injuries, such as calling me hostile guests and basically telling me I shouldn't care about the noise since the location is central). As well, the bathroom facilities were far from modern standards (for instance there was no place where to hang your towels after shower or even a small hand towel). Even though the online customer service representee admitted he knew about the noise level, no earplugs were available during the check in. As a safety concern, the room is not locked upon check-in, under the pretext that the main gate is locked. Upon my arrival actually the main gate was open, and anyone could have accessed the property.

Thank you, my friend and I are very happy to live here. The room is very clean and warm. It is very convenient to check in according to the instructions of the owner. The location is very convenient. It is only seven minutes' walk from the Duomo. There are brand-name shops and restaurants around. The owner is very enthusiastic. I stayed for two nights and asked if I needed anything in the day, I was with my friend, and the owner had already prepared the sofa bed. The air conditioner in the room was also turned on.

Perfect Location. Very close to Duomo, Brera. Spacious apartment. Wonderful amenities. Easy access without the need for physical check in process. Everything was finished one day before arrival and we received the entry instructions which was very easy. Staff very very helpful. Very responsive and supportive.

Actually nothing. Even the other reviews highlighting a noise issue are not very accurate. It is not noisy at all. Street is very quiet. You might inly hear the tram noise in the morning if you are awake. It wouldn’t disturb you while sleeping at all.
