Great location, just a few minutes from the Duomo.

There was no soap; the soap dispenser in the shower was empty and had not been refilled. It was very hot outside and, although the apartment was air-conditioned, the air conditioning did not work as well in the bedroom. The apartment is somewhat run-down and could use renovation. The shower setup in the bathtub was very awkward and not easily accessible; you had to squeeze between the sink and the shower structure to get in and be careful not to slip. There was no toilet paper holder and no towel hooks.

Location is super, the apartment is spacious and very clean, only few minutes walk to the Duomo, followed instruction given by the host, it was very easy to find the apartment.

The great location and hospitality

Location is the best thing about this apartment. You can walk to a lot of places. But because it is so close to the Duomo you have to expect some noise coming in from the street below. It didnt bother us so much.

A/C wasn't cooling enough and our unit was not done cleaning at the guaranteed 3 pm check-in. We waited for another 20 min but she did a good job cleaning the unit. They were probably having a busy turn over day.
