Prestige Boutique Homes-Duomo

Location! Everywhere was walkable, we were only there for one night sadly but I was happy to be right next to Duomo! Very helpful at check in, bed was comfortable

ran out of cold water very quickly. Daughter took a shower and ran out halfway through and then my husband and I weren't able

Close to the main city centre and just around the corner from the Duomo and Galleria. Close access to the Metro. Lots of choice of restaurants and osterias.

Access to the bath and shower for larger people or people with poor mobility would be difficult. We were fine but some guests would need to know this.

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Amazing stay in the heart of Milan! We had such a wonderful stay! The location was absolutely perfect — incredibly central and literally just a 1-minute walk from the Duomo Cathedral. You really couldn’t ask for a better location in Milan! The apartment was spotlessly clean, comfortable, and exactly what we needed. The hosts were fantastic — extremely helpful, welcoming, and provided great service throughout our stay. We loved everything about our experience and will definitely be staying here again when we return to Milan! Highly recommend! 🇮🇹

The studio apartment was clean, space was good. The bed was comfortable. The location is very good by the Duomo.

In summary, not worth the money we paid for the studio apt. - Non-responsive via Booking or WhatsApp. Communication was difficult. - Provided the check-in info late despite we said that we are arriving at 11:00. - The address is not accurate in Booking we had to drag the suitcases from one street to another to get to the building. 1. Getting extra toilet paper was a challenge! 2. Bathroom door is broken; it locks, and my wife was stuck. 3. Hot water was terrible. It comes and goes despite we were very conservative in the use. 4. The wash basin drain was slow to drain. ** We did communicate about those issues with management (points 2, 3 and 4) and they did not fix them. 5. No drying rack, as mentioned in the list of amenities on Booking. 6. No night table or lights beside bed nor a switch to turn the lights off. Which made it difficult to place things beside the bed and forced us to walk to the door to turn off light. 7. No soap holder, and very small soap not enough for the duration of one week. It was good for three days.
