The host Fabio was at the appartment waiting for us and showed us the whole place. It’s an excellent base for a couple of days in Milano!!! We enjoyed it very much and will be back!!

Location was spot on, a 2 minute walk from the Duomo amd on a lovely quiet yet vibrant piazza (square) with a few restaurants, bars and a small supermarket. Everything was superb, especially for the price!

Completely unprofessional service. My last communication with Milan Royal Suites was several weeks before our trip, confirming the apartment and address. When I arrived at the property there was no way to access the building and we were only able to get in when a resident was leaving the property and let us in. My husband and I each called both numbers provided several times and each time there were four rings and then the call disconnected. My husband then sent a text via WhatsApp which got a response and we then spoke on the phone to the representative. We were told that we were at the wrong address and the place we were staying was 2 minutes away. In reality it was a 1km walk (and further from the centre) with luggage and WAS NOT the location or suite I had booked. The representative admitted that someone had “forgotten” to send me a message about the change of location as the original apartment was closed due to broken air conditioning. I suggested that as I had just paid a taxi to take me to the location I was last provided with, that they should arrange for us to be picked up and taken to the new location at their expense. At that point I was put on hold for a brief moment and then to my surprise was told the air conditioning had been fixed and I could go straight upstairs to the original apartment. Only at that point was I sent the access information. The apartment itself was fine and a short walk to the Duomo. The apartment building is on a busy street with tram lines that run 22 hours a day. They did provide ear plugs that proved useful. Bring hangers if you want to hang clothes as none were provided. I did send a message about this a couple hours after arrival, but none were dropped off.
