In terms of location and access to historical sites and public transportation, it was excellent. The self check-in process was easy and quick, and the facilities inside the room were good.
What was a bit disturbing was the noise from the old trams passing by. They were quite loud, and since the unit had old wooden windows, the sound could be heard clearly and disturbed our rest. The building, like many others in the area, is old and has been renovated, but some parts inside the room still felt old and worn out.

It was very clean, excellent location with a balcony with view to the duomo, the staff was very friendly and helpful
The mattress could be better, and maybe an extra couple of pillows, but really very good value

Room temperature cannot be adjusted to warmer temperature.
