Very clean, excellent communication. I liked the location a lot, many very good and local restaurants. Walking distance from the center, and a bus stop near by.

We had a wonderful week’s stay at MiAp Orti 31 and would happily return. From the moment we arrived, we felt completely at ease thanks to the secure building and the warm welcome received from Orietta. The studio apartment was immaculate, modern, and thoughtfully equipped with everything we needed for a comfortable stay. Despite being compact, it offered plenty of space for two people, and the exceptionally comfortable bed ensured a great night’s sleep after busy days exploring Milan. The location is excellent—close enough to walk to the Duomo in around 20 minutes and just a five minute walk from the most incredible spa and a metro station which provided an easy alternative for getting around the city. The surrounding neighbourhood is vibrant and pleasant, with a great selection of restaurants, cafés, grocery stores and bakeries within easy walking distance. What truly made our stay special, however, was Orietta’s outstanding hospitality. She provided plenty of helpful information and recommendations before our arrival, and went out of her way to make us feel welcome throughout our stay. Her local tips were excellent, and thoughtful touches (a bottle of Prosecco in the fridge when she discovered that it was my birthday) made a real difference. Orietta’s kindness and attention to detail helped make our visit to Milan a memorable one - thank you Orietta!
