Great option for a couple on a short stay

Excellent host, who provided very clear instructions (made check in very straightforward) and helpful advice about the area. Apartment is small but thoughtful design makes very good use of the space. Thoughtful touches (bottles of water and tea/coffee available). Comfortable bed with quality linen. Would happily stay again

The ventilation system was noisy (and came on automatically in the morning) but it was easy to turn off (again, clear instructions proved).

Fantastic quiet, clean, updated apartment in a great location.

Great location. Orietta greeted us when we arrived. Made sure we had all that we needed. The bed was wonderful, the apartment was quiet. The shower was excellent. We had espresso each morning in our room with the provided machine/coffee.

very clean, nicely kept apt in a safe location away from the touristy areas.

spacious for the cost, very clean and comfortable with a fairly well stocked kitchen, small freezer in the mini-fridge. close to several restaurants frequented by locals, close to metro stops. We felt very safe walking around. the owner was easy to reach on Whatapp. owner left taxi #'s and Whatsapp # for taxi's that saved us when the one we booked didn't show up as we thought it was scheduled. She also messaged us some recommendations on restaurants in the area. She was able to let us check in early if needed, but we ended up not showing up early

only gave us 2 towels (one for each of us) for 3 nights, and when asked for a couple more towels for our final day show before check out we were given a long text about this not being a hotel and their policy is cleaning every 6 days and towels normally have to be requested 24hr prior to needing and a charge incurred-she did wave this and make an exception but I had to argue and go back and forth quite a bit explaining my view that we didn't need house keeping nor did we expect that-we just thought 4 towels left for 2 people was appropriate if no one was coming during our stay. sometimes on vacation you need to do a second shower before going out in the evening and I do not feel expecting me to use a towel 4-6 times is appropriate. a second, back up kitchen towel would be appreciated as well in case the one given gets soiled. we were told it was a microwave above the stove but found out by trying to cook popcorn that it is both an oven and a microwave depending on the dial -since there were no instructions or words on it this was an easy mistake that could have caused a fire b/c I actually had on the broil setting-we recommended the owner put instructions to avoid others doing this and she agreed to do so. it was a bit far to walk to the sites so we did have to take the metro or a taxi, some people may be okay with the walking, and the metro was pretty easy to figure out. Taxis were pretty reasonable also but can only be gotten by the taxi app to the address or going to a taxi pick up location-not sure if there is one by the apt to go to, but we did find them near the main attractions to return to the apt-the up side was how quiet it was being away from those tourist sites and where the locals eat & shop

Great location (not far from metro and very safe), spacious room with a little kitchen (refrigerator, dish washer, coffee maker and hot water boiler with espresso capsules and various types of tea bags). Very clean and mordern property.

The pillows could be a little firmer.

The apartment was in an amazing location, clean and very modern. Orietta was lovely and couldn’t have done any more to help us. The bed was super comfy and the towels were so soft! We will definitely be returning, thanks again for having us!!

Amazing,clean.sensational host and brilliant location

The absolute ease of the hotel with my host was impeccable. My host was communicating with me constantly making me feel like a home and not a hotel or guest. This is an apartment I would highly recommend for my family /friends and my work guests. The apartment was amazing and super clean and was at a comfort level well above any other apartment as have ever stayed in .

A lovely apartment with an excellent host. It’s about 5 mins walk to the metro and about 15 mins into central Milan if walking. Apartment has an excellent door security system. Very clean and comfortable

Coziest and coolest place in Milano

The place was spotless, tasteful and close to the center, about a 12 min walk to Duomo. Orietta is the sweetest owner, she was there when we arrived to pick our luggage and deposit until the room was ready to check in. She made sure the room was finished earlier so we could check in earlier, around 2 pm (check in is normally at 3 pm). We would definitely book this if we ever come back to Milan again.

A very well appointed place with a wonderful host who is friendly, kind, and thoughtful. The place is lovely. Orietta was accommodating, and she offered outstanding suggestions to enjoy the area.

The most perfect place in Milan!

Our stay in this place was absolutely wonderful! Not a single bad thing to say. The host is lovely, very welcoming, helpful, responds immediately at all times. We felt very safe and secure. The location is so nice, and just a couple minutes walk from the metro. Loads of food places around, quiet safe neighbourhood. Very clean and comfortable room. Everything was perfect. If you’re trying to pick and decide a place to stay for your trip to Milan, this is definitely the one, you won’t regret it!! The next time we come to Milan, we’ll 100% be staying here again. Thank you to the lovely host for everything☺️🙏.
