Matteo ist ein super Gastgeber und antwortet innert Minuten auf eine SMS oder WhatsApp. Die Lage des Apartments ist super. In 7 Minuten ist man mit dem Tram beim Dom und laufen geht auch. Es hat rundherum Restaurants und eine Parkgarage wo man das Auto gegen Gebühr sicher parkieren kann. Das Apartment ist ruhig gelegen und doch zentral. Es ist sauber und auf 3 Stockwerke aufgeteilt. Für eine kleine Familie ok, da es nur ein Badezimmer hat. Mit dem Zugangscode sowie dem Schlüssel haben wir uns sehr sicher gefühlt im Apartment.
Es hat wenig Tageslicht und es gibt kein Zimmer , dass man abschliessen kann. Es ist wie in einem Loft alles offen. Mit einer kleinen Familie ok, aber z.B. für zwei Paare zum Teilen eher ungeeignet, da es auch nur ein Badezimmer vorhanden hat. Und das Bett war semi-bequem.

Nice apartment in three floors. The top bedroom is very warm and the bed comfortable. The entrance level has the living room with a tv and a table nice to have good talks and also comfortable. The bathroom is in this level. Downstairs is the kitchen and also a table for taking breakfast, lunch, etc and also a sofa with a tv. This level is less “charming” as the kitchen is very small and has no windows but the owner left us coffee capsules and oil and salt to be able to cook something in case we need it.
If there is anything you need also Matteo would be open to answer you. Thank you Matteo
The cleaning should be better. So I think that Matteo would do an effort on this aspect because he was very nice to us and he is making an effort to have a great appartment to offer. Also we don’t recommend it for 6 people, we were 6 members with 4 kids and it was a bit too small. Maximum 4.
