Great location for visiting students

The dual floor layout is nice and has potential.

The balcony access to all the apartments doors has a lot of foot traffic and without curtains it is a fish bowl. Some of the chairs are run down and uncomfortable. Worth noting that partying in the restaurant’s nearby can be roudy.

I recommend Officina Suites for families, great location and most comfortable apartment

The Stay at Officina Suits was the best from all the stays in Italy. Well well done interiors, 2 large TVs, Airconditioning was excellent, Living room with the Kitchen was very spacious. Very comfortable for a family of 4.

Nice staying but a little costly

Apartment just renovated, all things are brand new. Beds were comfortable and shower good. The team was very responsive to any requests/questions. location easy to go by tram or walking to downtown.

The price was quite high. There isn’t a lot of privacy in the rooms since the second bedroom is in the mezzanine that is open to the kitchen and other room. There is almost no light in the kitchen that made it difficult to use it at night (Simple stand lamp would solve it).

Authentic industrial place located in a vibrant neighborhood

The place is located in an old industrial passage, in a vibrant neighborhood, where locals and students live and hang out. This is truly authentic, with very good vibes. Walking distance to touristic spots.

Be careful: during the week end, the bar downstairs can be noisy in the evening.

Terrible, the noise spoils everything. It should be made clear on the website.

These are things i would expect for over £200 per night Clean interior, aircon worked well, it was very hot. Useful kitchen area. The two quiet bars in the complex are good for food and drink although 10Euros for a 400mil Asahi is excessive in one of them.

The apartments are directly above a night club and the music is extremely loud, Friday and Saturday it doesn't stop until 3am so don't expect to get any sleep until after that. Ear plugs do not make any difference. Thursday and Monday , there are still people hanging around making noise until after midnight. Sunday was the only night when it was quiet. The walls are paper thin you can hear people talking next door. The mezzanine level is open at both sides so no privacy within the apartment.

Exceptional stay!

The accommodation exceeded my expactations. The property was big, with a lot of natural light coming through the floor-to-ceiling windows. The company was polite and understanding explained everything clearly and made sure that we had little to no problems accessing the suite. There was no breakfast provided, however, the apartment had a functional kitchen plus a Nespresso machine too. The minibar was included and a trip to the local shops was an easy 2-5 min walk.

Just a note for fellow travellers, the suites sit above a bar/club and accessing the main gate at night could throw you off. It's not a bad thing, however, it is something to be wary of. Depending on how you reach Milan, you'll want to take the local trams (10 mins) to the property.

One could hear the music from the restaurants around in the appartment and if neighbours were speaking loundly, but we could manage well with a pair of ear-plugs!

Enttäuschend.

Die Ansprechpartnerin vor Ort war freundlich und die Betten waren komfortabel. Es gibt zwei Toiletten bzw. Badezimmer. Man bekommt einen Gutschein für einen Cocktail im Club unten im Haus. Es gibt zwei Flaschen Wasser und eine Flasche Prosecco. Es gibt Besteck und Teller. Der Jasmin vor dem Haus ist wunderschön.

Der Aufenthalt war insgesamt nicht nur eine Enttäuschung, sondern ein Ärgernis. Zunächst hatten wir Probleme, um überhaupt Zugang zum Apartment zu bekommen, da das Zahlenschloss nicht richtig funktionierte. Uns wurde zum Glück aber schnell geholfen. Das Apartment ist in Unter- und Obergeschoss eingeteilt, das Obergeschoss ist eine Art Empore, d.h. mit Blick nach unten in das andere Zimmer. Man sieht nicht viel, hört dafür aber alles, was die Person(en) oben bzw. unten sagen oder tun. Das Zimmer unten ist hell mit Blick auf ein Studentenwohnheim, dort wird abends gerne Tennis (oder eine andere Rückschlagsportart) gespielt. Das Zimmer oben ist etwas gruselig, weil es sehr dunkel ist und man von Beton quasi umschlossen wird. Die Ausstattung lässt leider zu wünschen übrig: Es gibt keine Nachttischlampen, nur die Deckenleuchte. Das Licht im Badezimmer unten ist ebenfalls sehr dunkel. Die Dusche ist funktional, aber nicht sauber (Gummierung an den Türen unten ist gelb, Silikon in der Duschwanne ist grau-schwarz, vermutlich Schimmel). Die Handtücher sind sauber, riechen aber säuerlich. Es gibt einen Fön, man muss jedoch die richtige Steckdose finden, er passt nur in eine. Es gibt keinen Wasserkocher und der Kaffee (Nespresso-Maschine) ist rationiert auf einen Espresso pro Tag pro Person. Das Schlimmste ist jedoch, dass wir kaum schlafen konnten - trotz der bequemen Betten - da das Apartment direkt über einem Club liegt - es ist super laut: der Bass hämmert, die Leute feiern ausgelassen, singend und schreiend, drinnen und draußen. Dieser Club operiert offiziell bis 1.30 Uhr. Bis es ruhig ist, kann es 2 Uhr werden. Der Prosecco hat leider nicht gereicht, um zu einzuschlafen. Am zweiten Tag begannen dann morgens direkt nebenan noch Bauarbeiten. Für eine so teure Unterkunft darf man mehr erwarten, zumindest eine Warnung, was die Lärmbelästigung angeht. Es gibt bestimmt Menschen, die selbst gerne feieren und nicht vor zwei Uhr nachts ins Bett fallen.

“Suite” trasandata e poco pulita.

~Le pulizie lasciano a desiderare, dal bagno alla camera polverosi e puliti in modo molto superficiale. ~In cucina l’attrezzatura è minima, non ci sono nemmeno tovagliette/strofinacci/tovaglia/ forbici. ~in sala 2 sedie di 4 sono sfondate con le molle. ~nelle camere non c’è assolutamente privacy. Al piano terra si sente perfettamente tutto di chi è al piano superiore nella seconda camera. Mi aspettavo di meglio dalla suite, visto anche il caro prezzo del soggiorno.

Barul deschis de la 7 pm la 2 am cu muzică foarte tare care făcea camerele noastre, aflate deasupra, sa vibreze. Seara, în curte se strâng tinerii care fumează și fac galagie. In curte mai este un bar, astfel că e foarte mult trafic. Am avut închiriate doua apartamente: televizoarele din suita 4 nu aveau semnal, astfel că nu le-am putut folosi, iar la suita 5 curgea apa de la dușul de la etaj in dormitorul de dedesubt, în suită fiind un miros de mucegai. In suită nu exista dulap pentru haine, doar un stativ pentru umerașe, aflat în baia de la etaj. Uscător de păr era doar în una din suite. Este recomandat să aveți papuci la dvs. Nu au fost schimbate prosoapele și lenjeriile, nu a fost luat gunoiul. Am găsit în baie doar două mini articole de toaletă pentru 4 persoane. Deși apare că ar avea bucătărie, nu exista un încălzitor de apa pentru ceai, nici microunde, doar tacâmuri, farfurii, pahare, o tigaie și o cratiță. Este un mini expresor de cafea și pentru tot sejurul aveți doar cate o capsula de persoana, așa că trebuie să vă procurați pe cont propriu.Trebuie sa vă cumpărați, de asemenea, gel de duș și hand soap pentru că recipientele metalice sunt goale și ruginite. Am încercat să transmit nemulțumirea personalului, care nici nu a răspuns. Raportul calitate-preț, nejustificat.

Bel posto, tanti servizi da rivedere.

Molto bella la struttura, spumante in omaggio, angolo cottura, televisione grande, riscaldamento ottimo, macchina del caffè Nespresso, acqua frizzante e naturale in omaggio e due drink da consumare nel locale sottostante molto carino.

Peccato abbia tante cose che però fanno decadere un po’ tutti i pregi. 1 A partire dalla scomodità dell accesso soprattutto se si viaggia con bagagli. Se arrivate negli orari di apertura della carrozzeria potete arrivare fino alla scala per raggiungere le stanze, se arrivate dopo le 19 vi aspetta una lunga camminata per accedere in quanto oltre alla strada dopo il cancello, il parcheggio convenzionato è molto distante e trovare posto per strada e’ praticamente impossibile. 2 la chiusura della porta “Smart” scomodissima e mal funzionante 3 poca luce in cucina nella zona del tavolo (si mangia quasi al buio 4 se siete amanti del silenzio notturno non fa per voi in quanto situato sopra locale con musica fino a tarda notte 5 mancanza di oscuratori o tende all’ ingresso (in pratica chiunque passa vede dentro casa) 6 pagamento con pos non disponibile (si può pagare solo online da un sito che non va con diverse carte, ho dovuto effettuare bonifico) 7 check in online molto macchinoso.
