PRESTIGE BOUTIQUE APARTHOTEL -Piazza Duomo

Good, clear and relatively prompt communication from the staff. Appreciated them helping to organise a taxi to pick us up from the airport in the evening. Air conditioner was always a welcome relief to return to during the hotter parts of the day. Shower temperatures and pressures were good - didn't take long to adjust. Fridge with complimentary water was handy. Amused by the comically small lift. Very close to the metro line and very cool to walk out and see the Duomo everyday at different times of the day.

Lots of light switches but easy enough to work out which ones you'll use more often. Door locking mechanism really baffled us but due to good communication, we were able to resolve the issue. The USB port by the bed did not work and there was only one powerpoint bedside which was used for the bedside lamp - there were other powerpoints in the room but not bedside if that's your preference. Comically small lift could only fit two people with a suitcase or large backpack each. Noise from common area very audible through the door, but fortunately our neighbours were not loud at inappropriate times.

Excellent location, 3min walk from the cathedral. Very comfortable bed. Clean. Lift available. Big window with a view.

After the check-in, it was impossible to contact the property manager on the Booking.com messages and the telephone number provided. No response received to any enquiry. No paper towels provided in the kitchenette. No hooks for the bathroom towels.

Quite impressed about the neatness..... It's strategic location was also a Big +

Very good location just next to Duomo and good room size

Booked Aircondition room but it was not working, property owners knows about this they should not sell room stating with Aircondition. As per technician which came he said if other rooms Aircondition is On this room will not cool due electricity load. For 3 days and 3 night booking only 1 night Aircondition was working . Bed was also not comfortable.
