prestige aparthotel Happy holiday in a wonderful location

The location is strategic in the heart of the Duomo, the staff are friendly and helpful, and the place is clean.

The room was cleaned twice free of charge during our five-day stay. It would be preferable if the cleaning process were daily and free.

Convenient spot close to Duomo

The apartment was in an amazing spot to explore duomo cathedral and to look at all the shops. Everything is within walking distance and it’s great to be able to take things back to your room when you’re shopping or go back to your room to go to the toilet or have a break from the crowds. We liked being right in the centre of things. But still felt safe in the area. In the past we’ve stayed out of the main part of the cities and spent too much time travelling to everything so this time we loved being part of it all but also having somewhere quiet to go back to. We didn’t find the noise bothered us but it was winter so we didn’t have any doors or windows open. The kitchen didn’t have everything you needed to make a meal but you can make do. It’s not too bad. Overall the apartment was clean but there was a bit of mould in the shower which wasn’t very nice. The other thing to note is there are two bathrooms but only one has a shower. The other one only has a spa bath and no shower. A good thing is the apartment does have a washing machine but no dryer although there is a pretty good size drying rack to hang things on. Overall we did really like it and I think it was great for the location and convenience. It was maybe not quite as good a I was expecting from the photos though.

bad apartment to stay

only location

the entrance from the ground floor there are no sine of the apartment and forced to call then and it cost me international call and in second day the electricity for the elevator was off and I have to go down by stars and also to go up by stars and the apartment located in third floor the clanging was only one day and I stay 5 day and the photo you will see the entrance in the third floor for the 3 apartment also without sign of the name of the apartment which let me feel it is not legal.

Truly amazing area with tons of shops nearby, in the middle of duomo area! Special thanks to Francesca who were very helpful and easily contact via whatsapp during the trip ( I’ve ask for some information, early check in and backage storage) he is definitely the kindness !

* Actually the point to pin from uber should be Via S. Paolo, 7, 20121 Milano MI, Italy (Apple piazza liberty) then lift with baggage will be a lot easier than to pin at duomo directly ( only 5 minutes walk or less)

We loved staying at this well-appointed and conveniently located aparthotel. It was stylish and hospitable.

The location was close to La Scalla, the amenities were great including a two person jetted tub.

A very good hotel which is walking distance and conveniently located within the Duomo area.

It was at the city center at the back of the duomo. Retail shops and cafes and restaurants are walking distance.

The facade doesn’t give a good first impressions. But that’s how it is in Europe, the building may look old but the rooms are retrofitted to a modern look.

Fab stay

Very spacious and modern apartment in a fabulous location right near the duomo, shops and restaurants. Facilities were great with coffee machine, fresh water in fridge and little vanity sets in bathroom. We had great communication with host throughout and found the check in easy, it’s great to be shown how to use everything.

the location was excellent the room was in pretty good shape

access to the room extremely difficult and Booking did not show entrance to room if i have seen it i would not have booked it. A/C was uncomfortable and difficult to manage and control. entrance to the building certainly not up to any standard. i know it is shared with other offices but with a little money can be made better.

Comfortable, relaxing

Davide was fantastic from the get go in ensuring we had a wonderful and comfortable stay. He contacted us beforehand to ensure he was available to greet us in person and help us with our bags, left us convenient amenities including bathrobes, slippers, coffee and snacks which were perfect for a stay that was intended to be relaxing. He also assisted us with our transfer to the airport. Overall a 10/10 smooth stay thanks to Davide’s assistance!

Great location, spacious, beautiful and comfortable apartment

The location is superb. The host was also very helpful with clear instructions on how to check-in. He was there to meet me and the who process was very fast and smooth. The room single room apartment is on the third floor and there is elevator up to the level of the apartment. The room was spacious, clean and well equipped. everything works. Although it is very central, it is very quiet at night. Just outstanding!

Staff were super helpful, and checked daily to ask if you needed anything and provided promptly. Breakfast box and water provided as needed. Comfortable bed, large bathroom, located around the corner from the Duomo, lift. Secure building. Great location for shopping and exploring the city, metro close by.
