Nice location!

Very good location!

When we needed an extra toilet paper or a towel they didn’t bring us and they told that they refill only when it runs out!!

In principle it was good.

The location was perfect, close to all the main attractions and metro. Very clean.

The shower was leaking in the bathroom. The room 601 has a communicating door with room 602 and you can hear everything from one room to the other. Lack of privacy.

It too hard for a traveler nothing is easy

The location was great

It was difficult to access as the app didn’t always work. No mention that it’s located in the mall and you have to walk your luggage to the building. No instructions on how to use the aircon. Coffee machine didn’t work.

DISAPPOINTMENT

Location

First of all there is no reception and there is no sign of hotel outside of building. You are supposed to receive the "digital keys". As I have received a link which did not work, I had to go to another building (400 m away from hotel) to get help. I met a guy named Alessandro, who is the so called"manager" (there are two Alessandro, I am talking about old one), acted in very arrogant way and blamed me not to get digital keys. He acted in discriminative way and didnt help at all. He also insulted me in Italian infront of my daughter, as he was thinking I dont understand Italian. I propose this company to work with people which are tourist friendly, as you are running a hotel. I dont recommend anybody to stay in this place.

Spectacularly clean, incredible ammenities, wonderful air conditioning, the most comfortable bed and pillow we’ve ever had in an Italian hotel.

The electronic access system is problematic of you are having phone connectivity issues (which I did). Would much prefer a manual key. The host wasn't particularly helpful but may have been a language barrier.

Very nice stay- would recommend

The location is perfect, very close to Duomo and the room was spacious and had everything you need. Even the minibar filled with water, cola.

Check in was a little bit confusing. Luckily we met other guests who helped to open the doors.

Comfortable, classy & convenient in the heart of Milan by the Duomo

Great location - 100m from the Duomo, close to public car parks, clean, quiet, secure. Using a smartphone for access to the building then to the floor then to the room door worked perfectly once you figure it out (good directions were provided). Just make sure you bring a smartflower with a network connection in Italy and with a full battery -- if your phone's dead or can't roam on the Italian network, you won't get in the door.

No humans there for help but the call center answered quickly between 10am and 10pm for the few questions we had (like can we check out at noon instead of 10, which they kindly were able to agree to).

Great location and clean room in the heart of the city.

Great location and a very clean and nicely maintained room. Has everything you would need and more…so really well thought out. And the bed is super comfy. Alex, the host, is so lovely and helpful. He was there to assist with anything at all. Really appreciate it and it was very nice to meet him.

Location vas perfect, quiet but close to the buzzing Duomo. Everything was super easy to access, online check in and digital keys are is super practical. The hosts quickly reply to your messages and they will try to help you in every way. Will come again here, as i visit Milano couple times a year. Looking forward, as i dont’t have to search for accomodation anymore. I found a perfect place!

Best place to stay near the centre of Milan

Excellent hotel in an excellent location, for a reasonable price. The room is spacious, larger than standard rooms you find across Europe. Comfy bed and good bathroom. The customer service provided from the hotel was also excellent.

The entrance is horrible. The staff are careless, our bags were stolen in front of the reception and no one accept to assist us to take our bags 400m from the hotel!

Ruined by simple things. Not safe at all with the auto system to unlock access to the buildings and room.. once the wifi

The property was clean, and in a good location.

Not safe! Could only gain access to the room with your mobile phone. What if you run out of battery?? Power went out.. this meant we were trapped on the room floor because the auto system was no longer working. What if there was a fire? We were nearly late for our flight because of this and had to come up with the solution ourselves. The room had no privacy. We could hear our neighbours talk because the rooms were separated by just a door.

The room was clean and comfortable.

The location of this property needs to be a bit clearer. It’s in the midst of a pedestrian only area with a lot of construction. It wasn’t particularly easy to find and if you have a lot of luggage, prepare to walk with it. The walls are very thin and every noise (toilets flushing, conversations, and crying babies) is an issue.

Definitely will book it everytime when i’m in Milan

Location is excellent by all means. I have been to Milan multiple times but the last stay in this Aparthotel was the best. The interior is amazing. Most drinks (i think all but not sure) were complimentary. Spacious bathroom. Very clean.

- We were separated from the next room by a connecting door. Unfortunately, the door allows all the noise from the next room to be heard (probably because the space from the floor to the beginning of the door is wide and not covered). I could literally hear the other room’s conversation. Also, the light from the next room is spread throughout our room at night from this same space beneath the door. - There was 1 mosquito which accidentally got inside. We had nothing to spray it with. We asked the housekeeping but they also didn’t have anything to kill it with. We struggled during sleeping for 2 nights because we couldn’t catch it.

NO ASSISTABCE AT ALL KEPT CALLING HOST NUMBER, NO ANSWER, NOBODY CALLED BACK EVER THERE IS NO CHANCE TO LEAVE LUGGAGE BEFORE 10 AM AND CHECK OUT IS AT 10 AM AS WELL, YOU NEED TO RUSH BEFORE THE LINK TO OPEN THE DOOR EXPIRES, THAT'S NOT A GOOD SERVICE AT ALL, THAT'S NOT A SERVICE!
