Very happy we picked Heart Apartments!!

The apartment is very well located. It’s very modern & tastefully decorated . Beds & bedlinen are very comfortable. Staff were excellent & great at keeping in touch. Would definitely stay there again & would not hesitate to recommend. We left at 9am but the 11am check out is really generous. We arrived early for check in & they were extremely accommodating trying to get us into the apartment as quickly as possible.

The property is perfect but the road outside is busy & a little noisy. It’s the only negative I can think of but would not put me off It’s a busy buzzy area & perfect for a mini break

The apartment was modern, well-equipped, very clean, comfortable, beautifully presented, artistic and homely. Excellent on hand service from the letting team.

The only downer for us was the lift to the fourth floor was temporarily out of order when we first arrived, however our bags were carried up for us and their first class team did everything in their power to get it fixed as soon as possible - which it was. If not, we would have been offered alternative accommodation.

Wonderful stay at an amazing apartment!!!

This apartment was beautiful and in a great location. There's an elevator and location is safe. The host was amazing and very responsive. Close to metro and walking distance to Duomo

Everything was wonderful. Since we were traveling with kids, it was absolutely perfect — even nicer than an all-inclusive hotel. I highly recommend it with confidence. It’s definitely a place I would return to. (P.S.: Downstairs, near the building, there’s the most delicious bakery with everything you could wish for 🥐)

A family of 5, we took a 3 bedroom apartment, which we found to be of the highest quality. Clean, modern, comfortable, central, quiet, with all the requisite facilities. Adjacent car-park (not included). The staff were super responsive, both online and in person. All in all, we were impressed given the more than fair pricing, and recommended the apartment.

Apartment is very nice, modern, and clean. There is Air conditioning in every room. Location is excellent. Host is very attentive and easy to reach.

Favorite lodging of our 12-day European trip

The service and attention to detail was impeccable. The host met us on site to hand over the keys and answer questions about the apartment and Milan. The apartment was immaculate and the view from the balcony was spectacular. This was our favorite lodging of our twelve-day Europe trip.... we only wish we could have stayed longer. The space was perfect for our family of seven. Having groceries and restaurants within walking distance was an added convenience. The metro stop was close which made getting to castles, cathedrals and monuments so easy. The AC worked well too which was essential in the warm June temps. We would absolutely stay here again.

Brilliant Apartment

Beautiful Apartment in great location and walking distance to most of the sightseeing we wanted to do. Constantin who met us at the property was very helpful and gave us tips about Milan. We also had a linen service and towel changes twice whilst we were there for a week.

o atendimento foi muito bom.O apartamento era limpo, novo. Bons banheiros e as camas. Localização perfeita, perto de tudo.

Do Barulho e da falta de agua devido a uma obra no prédio, apesar dos esforços da Paloma isso prejudicou muito nossa viagem. A obra foi emergencial, mas faltou informação dos donos .

Від моменту заселення та зустрічі на рецепції до виселення- все просто ідеально. Локація- зручна, в центрі міста Апартаменти- чисті, зручні, адаптовані до базових потреб. Тераса- це окремий бонус. Все було продумано до дрібниць: кава, парасолька, серветки, рушники. Було комфортно та затишно як дома.

Después de bañarnos 3 personas las dos últimas se bañaron con agua tibia, pero bueno al otro día dejamos pasar 1/2 hora para recuperar y no hubo más inconveniente
