Great location and very spacious

The location of this apartment is fantastic and is what sells the apartment. It’s very spacious and has everything you could need or want. The beds are very comfortable and the water was hot.

One of the bathrooms smells of damp and I had to buy an air freshener. There was only two of us so it was no hardship to share the other shower. Some parts need a bit of attention. It is good but could be amazing.

Family vacation

The location was excellent. Large apartment with more than enough space for the 4 of us. Very nice kitchen and living/dining area. Comfortable beds and loads of storage in the bedrooms.

One of the showers was a task to get in and out of. Certainly not for the older generation. The garden and pool area could do with getting a makeover, it is very tired looking.

Total disappointment- don’t fall for the pictures

Good air conditioning, good laundry washing & drying machine. Spacious facility in a good location.

Property was not properly cleaned: a lot of dust, broken glass below couch, dishes clearly not clean ( dishwasher was not working properly), oven very dirty- impossible to use. There were duvets but their covers only arrived 2 days after my stay, after a lot of complains. Pool was cloudy, not treated properly. After a lot of discussion, someone was there to treat the water on the second day - but it only got cleaned once the chemicals and filtering worked on the 5th day that I was there ( we had 2 bookings, we stayed 7 nights) … so really bad, we end up not enjoying it at all. Property is very dated and poorly maintained - pictures from website are misleading. Many walls are in very poor state, moisture, etc. so, really bad for anyone, but worse if one has allergies. The kitchen is barely equipped.

An old, dirty garage/shop turned apartment. There is nothing boutique or prestige about it.

We booked this stay for 2 adults so of course had a lot of space. The location is lovely.

Terribly dirty from the floors to the surfaces, there is literal dirt, food residues, sticky residues and dust everywhere. Bathroom lights were broken and never fixed. - Outdoors is a lot less beautiful than photos show; there is fake grass, walls are dirty, and the upstairs neighbour's plants leak all the time so its always wet on the floor which mixes with the dirt. - Shower temperature changes so you often get too hot or too cold. The towel rods barely hanging to the wall. Paint coming off all over the place. - Only one of the bedrooms was made up and we were told that "well you are only two guests" - this is not what we expected for a 500+ euro a night place. - Couch and pillows have stains on them - Staff does not apologise nor did they fix any of these issues and seemed pretty open about thinking none of these issues were a big deal. They sent cleaners but nothing changed and are now radio silent after our third request for an invoice. Spend your money elsewhere, this is not worth it.

ELIMINARE DA BOOKING SUBITO!!!!!!!

niente a parte la posizione, stiamo parlando di una struttura che si spaccia di lusso mentre si ha a che fare con una stamberga neanche pari ad un ostello, abbandonata da anni senza procedere alle dovute manutenzioni!! Al nostro arrivo riscaldamento e acqua calda non funzionanti in pieno inverno, pessima collaborazione e assistenza dello staff

struttura da eliminare dal sito booking, mai trovato una cosa del genere!!! al piano superiore rumori continui a tutte le ore, forse una palestra aperta H24, un vero incubo!! Dovevamo stare due giorni e siamo fuggiti dopo la prima notte
