This is a very unique property situated in the BasicNet facility. Once I learned the history of the property as past of their corporate branding for clothing, the Loft arrangements made perfect sense. The staff was very helpful.

Initially I was told we could only have 1 keycard for the room which was inconvenient for my wife and . However, on day 2 we were able to get two cards. I think also a better upfront explanation of how all the amenities work would be quite helpful. The staff, however was very helpful

The rooms were generally spacious. They were clean and the amenities provided were sufficient and made for a comfortable stay. You have an excellent staff in Maddy who checked us in on 22 Sep. She was friendly, and helpful in explaining the different features of the room and its usage. She helped carry the luggage of some elderly friends down the flight of steps to their double rooms. She also helped us book taxis to the airport in the early hours of the morning on 24 Sep although she was off duty. That was service beyond expectation!! Excellent!

Nothing really. A suggestion though - a kettle for boiling water would make your amenities list complete.

Il portiere è presente anche di notte, e ti fa sentire al sicuro. Il personale è gentilissimo. L'appartamento è nuovo e moderno. C'è tutto quello che serve per un breve soggiorno. E' poco distante dalla metro (linea gialla, in poco tempo si arriva alla fermata Duomo) e a pochi metri ci sono bar e ristoranti. Ci siamo trovate bene.

Suggerirei un fornetto a microonde. Ma è solo un suggerimento, perché nell'appartamento c'è tutto quello che serve per cucinare e pure la macchinetta del caffè.

Struttura di nuovissima costruzione, gli appartamenti e i loft si trovano al terzo piano, raggiungibile con un ampio ascensore. Arredamento di altissima qualità, divani comodi, grande tavolo in marmo, cucina in totale acciaio inox fornita di tutto. L’appartamento è molto luminoso, pulizia impeccabile, zona tranquilla anche la notte. Il loft Leon (uno dei più grandi) è composto da una grande sala centrale con cucina, un bellissimo terrazzo affacciato su Porta Garibaldi - Isola, un bagno moderno con maxi piatto doccia, una zona notte con letto matrimoniale e comoda poltrona di design. Fermata del tram “Via Bernina” distante 5m a piedi. Il residence è chiuso, controllato e vigilato 24h tramite portineria. Gentile, professionale, disponibile e sempre pronto il signor Lucio (host e metronotte). Servizio da 10 su 10! Lavatrice, lavastoviglie, frigo, macchina caffè con cialde, piano cottura a induzione, climatizzatore centralizzato, bidet,set asciugamani, ingresso con chiave formato tessera.

Il set di cortesia per i prodotti da bagno sono sufficienti per un soggiorno di una sola notte. È preferibile sostituire i prodotti usa e getta con dei dispenser di grande formato da installare nella doccia. (Shampoo, balsamo, doccia schiuma e sapone mani)
