Overall, it is still a good apartment to stay at when you are in Milan for a few days.

Spacious with 2 rooms which are more than enough for 4 of us (all audlts). Location is near to Duomo area. There is an entrance to the Missori metro near to the apartment.

a. A little hard to find the property itself on day 1. b. Would be good to have a more convenient way to store our luggage before checkin; we were asked to go to another apartment which is a 10min walk away to leave our luggage; so whole experience on day 1 was not as pleasant.

The house itself is ok the location is good but the management is the worst.

Unfortunately, our check-in experience was unacceptable.We clearly communicated our arrival time in advance and the host confirmed it, yet no one was there to meet us. The building’s doorman was extremely rude — he told us to wait outside on the street, refused to help with our luggage, and practically chased us away. We had two large suitcases and were treated with zero courtesy. To make things worse, the host did not respond to my messages for days (even though I had written since Friday) and only replied last minute on Monday. Because of this lack of communication, we were left alone to deal with a very aggressive doorman. After the incident, instead of acknowledging the problem, the host tried to justify everything by saying ‘he is not my employee’ and even implied that we were being disrespectful — although we were the ones mistreated. We were later told that the building does not like Airbnbs, but this was never disclosed before booking. As guests, we should not be put in the middle of building conflicts or left outside with luggage due to host miscommunication. Overall, disappointing and very unprofessional. Communication is too weak, no respect to the customers and if they have an issue with building about renting the flat short term they should’ve informed us about the apartment rules. The doorman was very rude to us. He told us to wait outside the building and it took time to reach the staff. If there are specific rules we should’ve been informed before.

One can experience the lifestyle of a Milanese upper class family in this apartment :)

The apartment was a short walk away from Duomo square. It was spacious, the beds were comfortable, everything functioned well. The hosts were helpful and responded always immediately.

The blankets were a bit too hot, we had to switch on the air conditioning to be able to sleep.

Amazing location (short walk from the Duomo) and the apartment was beautiful, very modern, comfortable and equipped with everything you need.

There wasn't anything that could have been better, it was all good. My family and I had a fabulous time in Milan.

If you have late flights, could be a bit of problem with your baggage. If late check out is not possible, they don’t have a space to storage your baggage so we have to carry it with us…

The beds were incredibly comfortable. We slept very well.

Struttura confortevole, pulita e spaziosa. Posizione eccezionale.

Colazione inesistente, mancava anche lo zucchero e l'acqua in frigo. Anche se la colazione non è prevista il caffè è disponibile e l'acqua è un importante segno di accoglienza

Apartamento muy cómodo por su amplitud, con dos cuartos grandes y dos baños. Ubicado en una zona residencial muy tranquila y a pocos minutos del Duomo de Milán. El departamento es moderno y muy cómodo en todo sentido. Muy recomendable.

Nada, todo perfecto. Tal vez si se pudiera incluir algún lugar para dejar maletas cuando tu vuelo sale tarde (aunque me ofrecieron alternativas en otro lugar para dejar las maletas).
