Needs maintenance and better response when item reported but great location.

Location

Main ensuite shower wouldn’t drain so kept flooding with what looked like toilet paper in drain floating out, was reported and we were told someone would come and look at it but they didn’t. Air conditioner didn’t work in 2 rooms, was reported but no one came and looked at it. Lights in main living area stopped working, was reported multiple times, finally someone came and looked at the night before check out so wasn’t fixed while we were there. No shelves in showers to put shower gel, shampoo etc. would’ve put on floor but flooding shower didn’t allow that to happen. No where to hang towel in bathroom.

Flat probably more suited to a group of friends who need multiple bedrooms and eat out all the time.

Location is great. The porter/building doorman is very kind and helpful.

You get the feeling the flat is a converted office. Of the 5 bedrooms only 3 had windows, of which one was closed with shutters and not possible to open at all. The kitchen is more of a kitchenette in the central corridor of the apartment with no windows.

Brilliant!

It was a lovely apartment! We did have a bit of trouble getting into the property, but the host sorted it as quickly as they could. Great location in Milan, would recommend! Beautiful bedrooms and living area. Perfect for groups.

The ensuite bathroom was a bit dated and noisy; a few parts of it could have been fixed to keep in line with the rest of the apartment. Also, the bedroom with the ensuite - the shutter would not go up, so felt dark in there.

Exceptional

Every time I need an apartment in Milan, I choose Hemeras. They always suggest me the right apartment for me. Foro apartment is comfortable and equipped with all the necessary amenities and it's really good for short stays. I'd surely recommend it!

Very poor

Location of the apartment is excellent. Also the size of apartment is enough for 8 to ten people.

We were waiting from 11 am to 3 pm to enter into apartment. We asked to leave our baggage but the host suggested us to leave our baggage at the central station which is half hour away by walking from the apartment. When we arrived with all lugagge and children at 3 pm appartment wasn't cleaned, garbage was onnthe floor and there were no cleaning stuff. The man who wait for us called stuff and we had to wait more half and hour. After that we had to wait fir key of the apartment. There were no tv in either one room, wi-fi didn't work. We didn't have any dishtowel in the kitchen. Also we didn't have enough toilet paper for the last day.

الشقة واسعة قريبة من ساحة الدومو (10) دقائق مشي آمنة.. الباب الخارجي للعمارة بمفتاح.. غير مفتاح الشقة الغرف مناسبة وعددها 4 مع ثلاث دورات مياه النظافة جيدة إجراءات الدخول سهلة وان كانت في مبنى آخر يبعد بالسيارة 5د لكننا ما تأخرنا واجراءات الخروج ايضا سهلة .. والمطلوب وضع المفتاح على الطاولة والمغادرة التكييف ممتاز (للعلم زيارتنا في سبتمبر) ومع وجود بعض الملحوظات إلا أنها. مناسبا جدا وسعرها رغم ارتفاعه يعتبر منطقي

واجهت مشكلة في تصريف المروش في دورة المياه للماستر روم وتواصلت معهم وكان التجاوب سيء وما حلوا المشكلة.. طلبوا فيديو للمشكلة غير الصورة .. ثم قالوا ارفع إيميل بالمشكلة!! الفرن لكهربائي كان ما يعمل وراسلتهم وايضاً لم يتم التعامل مع الملحوظة بجدية ولم يتم حل المشكلة .. لأني كنت اسأل عن الفرن الكهربائي وهو يجيبني عن الغلاية الكهربائية !! لا يوجد مواقف للسيارات بعض المفارش وعددها 3 كانت متسخة جدا جدا لا يوجد شطاف مائي وهي ملاحظة في معظم فنادق أوروبا المغادرة س11 وكنت أتمنى أن تكون الساعة 1ظ على الاقل لان الدخول ما يبدأ إلا عند الساعة 3 عصرا

من افضل الشقق الى سكنت فيها في ميلان من ناحيه الموقع والسعر والنظافه وعدد الغرف وعدد دورات المياه

1/ الأمان كانت الشقه امنه جدآ حيث المدخل الخارجي فقط لساكني البنايه والبنايه هادئه 2 / نظافه الشقه وتعدد غرف النوم 5 غرف نوم و 3 دورات مياه 3/ الموقع ممتاز جدآ قريب من الدومو 10 دقايق مشي موقف الباص والترام والباصات السياحيه امام مدخل البنايه وكمان الباص الي يودي الا الأوتلت امام البنايه ومكان بيع تذاكر الباص بزاويه المبني من الناحيه المقابله 4/ سوبر ماركت 3 دقايق مشي 5/ سرعه التجاوب والرد من قبل الأداره المشغلين للموقع سواء ايميل او اتصال

Appartement pratique et très bien placé

Emplacement central et bien desservi (M1 à quelques pas). Calme. 5 chambres et 3 salles d'eau. Équipements très corrects que cela soit pour la literie ou la cuisine. Un supermarché se trouve à 2 min à pied.

2 des 5 chambres n'ont pas de fenêtre : cela n'est pas précisé dans le descriptif de l'appartement. Il est cependant possible de bien aérer l'appartement. L'espace commun est petit et plutôt sombre. Il manquait les ampoules des lampes de chevet dans une chambre. Ce serait bien de mettre à disposition du liquide vaisselle.

Bene ma non benissimo

La posizione

Abbiamo trovato alcune blatte nell’appartamento per ben due giorni. Dallo scarico della lavastoviglie fuoriusciva un cattivo odore che si diffondeva sino all’ingresso dell’appartamento. In un bagno non c’era acqua calda. Due persone hanno dovuto farsi la doccia con l’acqua fredda. Siamo rimasti delusi. L’unica cosa buona è stata la posizione in centro a due passi dalla fermata della metro.

2 nuits 3 jour pour visité Milan et faire du shopping c’était top.

L’établissement très propre et une belle surface pour chaque chambre et l’emplacement est parfait juste à côté du centre. Appartement calme même la Ruel était calme. Pas de place de parking pour l’établissement et difficulté de trouver une place à proximité de l’appartement

Dommage il n’y a pas de télé et difficile de trouver une place de parking
