Location was fantastic close to everything we wished to see. The apartment was fit for purpose and very clean. Any issues that arose were quickly managed - Lasha the repair man was fantastic and very efficient.
There were a list of issues that I will number as follows:
1. Dealing with a person on the other end of WhatsApp that had no name was very disconcerting and impersonal.
2. One towel per quest is unacceptable for the price we paid - This had been mentioned in previous reviews however no action had appeared to be taken by Sam Properties.
3. Garbage - this is an ongoing issue (Previous Reviews) without any clear direction from Sam Properties considering there is a 50 euro fine if garbage is not correctly managed.
4. No second key - when questioned the Reception was aware of this, however loosing a key came with a 150 Euro fine. The missing key information should have been relaid to me prior to check in, instead I had to ask - then the information was given - appeared to be a bit dodgy which we found somewhat unsettling.
5. Main bathroom had a very unpleasant smell - this was also mentioned in previous reviews.
6. Noise rules - however the ? laundry service above our unit went from dawn till late at night.
7. The interior of the apartment was very tired and would benefit from a coat of paint.
8. The air conditioner in the lounge area didn't work (previous reviews also) an easy fix nil action taken.
9. There was a hole in the wall of the lounge room again a maintenance issue and easy fix - Nil action.
10. The apartment in the pictures didn't match the apartment we were allocated.
11. Overall the location was great however the apartment was tired and considering the cost was somewhat a disappointment. If I were to visit Milan again I probably would stay somewhere else.

Was in a very good location and the value was good for what you get.
There was a bad smell coming from both bathrooms mainly the one in the bedroom and overall was not the cleanest.
