the door lock and key did not quite fit.. I needed to move the key in the key hole for about 10 minutes, standing in the hall, to finally get the key to work. Also, the room was very warm and we could not figure out how to cool it off other than opening the window in the evening.

The location the 24/7 concierge the security easy with keys and communication baggage storage facility decoration of the room minimal & practical things provided were all needed room well organised in necessities

the sink had some problem there was no extra blankets and the room during night was a bit cold considering that the window allowed the air to "enter" the room

Dishwasher did not work. Sink flooded under cupboard and kitchen floor when used. Disappointed that no effort was made to fix this issue during our stay.

Noisy, noisy, noisy

It is great location, very near La Scalla and Duomo. Comfortable bed. Nothing else.

The apartments are in the building, where normaly live domestic people. So they hate the tourist (I understand, when somebody for example drunken is very noisy during the night, but....). There is a reception with very rude gatekeepers and you can´t to contact them, you can´t stay in the entrance hall, because it is the space for residents. They still inform you, that this is not a hotel! So you feel there very unwelcome. We had to wait there for somebody from Royal Suites to bring the keys from our studio and the gatekeeper was very very rude and still said us "don´t wait here". The guy from Royal Suites didn´t inform us, what is our suite number and number on the key tag was wrong.....So we had to contact the rude gatekeeper to help us. Also our luggages should be moved to our studio after cleaning, but we found them after 5 hours in non locked up storage room.... The studio was clean, but need very much renovation. The worst were windows - there is on Booking.com information, that the windows are soundproof - good joke. During the night it is very noisy place, because it is on the main street with trams and you hear absolutely everything.

Great location, no attention to detail making key items of the booking unusable

Locations was perfect and the space was very roomy and clean

There were no sheets provided for the pull out sofa or pillow case coverings. We had to impervious and use extra blankets so that we didn’t have to sleep on what appeared to be a dirty mattress cover. Also there was no stopper for the bathtub making it unusable as well.

All in all, a good stay for what we needed. Just disappointing interactions with the front desk.

We were only there for 1 night. It was located near the center and was a good place to rest/sleep.

The lady at the front desk of the condo was extremely rude throughout, especially as we were leaving and waiting for our car. Not only to us but the other group as they were checking out as well.

Il bagno! se usi la doccia allaghi il pavimento ( il vetro non ripara completamente. Il soffione della doccia non funzionava bene ( necessita di trattamento anticalcare). Non ci sono, in cucina, tovaglioli/rotoli di carta a sufficienza. Non esiste un panno per asciugare e pulire il lavandino e straccio per pavimento in bagno ( che si allaga con la doccia)

Al nostro arrivo , un ora prima dell'orario del chekin , l'appartamento era già pronto, sono stata guidata al cellulare in tempo reale dal referente dell'appartamento, e le istruzioni nella ricerca delle chiavi sono state chiarissime e molto semplici, mi hanno seguita al telefono fin dentro l'appartamento, Appartamento molto ampio, luminoso e pulito, con arredamento moderno e stiloso, bagno ampio con tutti i confort Apprezzato il portiere , molto gentile e pronto a rispondere a tutte le nostre domande.

Velmi hlučné a omšelé

Apartmán má velmi dobrou polohu - nachází se v centru města města, kousek od La Scally a Duomo. Jsou zde velmi pohodlné postele. Jinak nic.

Apartmány se nachází v domě, kde jsou i byty stálých obyvatel. Setkáte se zde s velmi nevlídným přijetím okamžitě při vstupu do domu. V domě je recepce s vrátnými, na které se však jako turista nesmíte obracet s žádnými požadavky, jsou velmi nepříjemní a neustále vám dávají najevo, že nejste vítáni. Přišel mladík od společnosti Royal Suites a řekl nám, že pokoj bude připravený za 3 hodiny a že si zatím kufry můžeme nechat ve skladu kufrů a že nám je přemístí přímo na pokoj, až bude připravený. Když jsme po 5ti hodinách přišly zpět do budovy, naše kufry byly zanechané v nehlídané a odemčené místnosti. Pokoj jsme nemohly najít, protože číslo na klíči na patře vůbec nebylo a jinou informaci jsme nedostaly. Musely jsme volat do Royal Suites, aby nám řekli, kde pokoj najdeme. Naštěstí ještě nebylo po 10 hodině večerní, protože to už telefony nefungují až do 9ti ráno..... Celá budova je velmi omšelá, na chodbách se odlupují omítky, výtah jezdí pouze jeden. Apartmán velmi nutně potřebuje renovaci, rozhodně nevypadá jako na fotografiích na booking.com. Dveře nešly zamknout, pouze zabouchnout, stěny jsou špinavé, nábytek poškozený, ručníky seprané a zatuchlé. V pokoji ale bylo čisto. Nejhorší jsou okna - jsou také stará, vůbec netěsní, špatně se otvírají a několikrát během noci jsem se přesvědčovala, zda jsou opravdu zavřená, protože zde byl velký hluk. Okna směřují do ulice, kde je velký provoz a jezdí zde tramvaje.

ottima posizione nel centro di Milano, locali ampi e puliti. struttura molto attrezzata. gradita la possibilità di lasciare i bagagli in deposito. Struttura silenziosa.

essendo i corridoi come dei labirinti qualche insegna in più per indicare uscite, scale ascensori e piani non sarebbe male

Super Lage im Zentrum, Dom und Brera-Quartier mit wenigen Schritten erreichbar..Geräumiges Apartment, alles da, was man braucht. Wir haben allerdings nicht gekocht, bloss Tee & Kaffee gemacht. Personal & Service ausgesprochen freundlich. Dank 24-h-Concierge an Loge sehr sicher.

Unser Apartement lag direkt an der Strasse, wo auch die Tram vorbeirattert. Zum Glück im 4. Stock nicht ganz so schlimm, aber Ohrenstöpsel empfehlen sich.
